Review 3：The first room we were given was a smoking room and didnt smell very pleasant but they moved us when i complained to a non smoking room so it would pay to specify when booking.

Review 11：We are very disappointed from this hotel because nobody told us , that we have to pay 30 euro for bathrobes, for one night ,to go to the spa center. This is ridiculous because is 30% from the price of the room. For the first time any hotel forced us to pay for bathrobes because it's should be free.

All the staff has smiles when greeting us - especially Anna at the front desk, Jelena in the restaurant and the ladies at the Aspa Wellness facility. Hotel is modern and clean and we liked the fact that the restaurants and bars were open all day and we could get food at anytime. The bar on the top floor that rotates was a nice surprise.

Review 18：Acctualy everything; from the moment we came! Warm welcome at reception, nice and clean room, proper bathroom...although the hotel is big, I felt domestic there. Best of all was vertigo bar at the top with the great view. Parking lots were around the hotel and the garage under the hotel. Review 20：Wonderful hotel. We went to Zagreb to see the Advent Markets. Even though the location is a 15 minute drive from the city center, it was well worth the trip. There was a miscommunication when my family checked in. The staff was great about accommodating us and making sure we where happy with our room. the spa services were relaxing and well worth the money. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will be staying there again the next time we visit the city.

Easy to find by car , aplenty parking space in the hotel garage , very reasonable parking price of 49 hrk/day , good price for a room . Room was very spacious , well cleaned and appointed . Breakfast offered excellent choice and variety , with attentive staff . Reception staff was warm and pleasant , and very efficient . Distance to center is minimal , takes about 10 minutes by taxi ,and cost is only 7 euros . Would definitely recommend it .

Review 30：The location of the hotel was quiet a long way from central Zagreb. On the bright side it's a 15 min taxi journey at a cost of about 50-60kn. you can also take the tram for 20kn return buts that takes about 45mins. Car park posts 50kn a day or 7kn an hour.

Review 101：The air conditioning is noisy and a lot of noise till at least 230am from people standing outside at the convention centre. So only option to shut window and not sleep due to aircon.

Because of the above, I would stay here again when next I visit Zagreb.

Review 107：Breakfast is nice, but the staff is unpleasant and badly educated. This is not our first stay and inpolite approach from restaurant staff happened every single time we stayed there. First of all when somebody enters in restaurant should be "Good morning Sir" and not "..What's Your room number?"

Review 108：We visit hotel Antunović for the business occasions. All the hotel services including conferences are very well organised. Reception and meeting rooms staff is very gentle, polite and helpful.

The location is no good if you're visiting thecity, hard to get to on public transport. Ask for reception's helpif you want a taxi -off the stand it cost me 110kn from the trainstation to the hotel, going back when the hotel booked it for me, itonky cost 50kn.

Review 116：This hotel was outstanding value for money. I was backpacking andchecked in as I was ill and needed a night somewhere quiet andcomfortable. I ended up staying 3 nights, it wasnso hard to leave. Theroom service breakfast was so big, it lasted me the entire day, and costthe equivalent of just £4! The food was really very good. Room wasclean, spacious, with high quality decor and fittings throughout thehotel. The on-site spa was excellent, and the pedicure I had was bothfar less than I pay in the uk, and longer/better standard. Mini barprices were reasonable. There's some shops onsite, and further barsand a Lidl just across the road, though there's nothing else in thevicinity. Despite being on a main road, there is no traffic noise. Forrest and relaxation, I loved staying at this hotel.

Review 117：I did not like that there was no iron/iron board in the room. When I called the front desk to request one they said, no, they don't have it you need to send off your clothes to be ironed. I was unaware of this, I did not have time. I can understand if they do not want to put in each room for for the business traveler and for this class of hotel they should have it a bauble upon request.
