Review 1：The place was filthy. Even after saying so, the only cleaning was the emptying of bins. The kitchen was covered in a greasy coating. The bedding was so old and tatty. Bed was uncomfortable

Even though both he and his wife spoke only a little English (German is more commonly spoken here), they made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly large for one person! I would stay here again.

Review 23：Very good value for money. Room was small although you have your own table and chairs outside. So, even spending time at Panzio, you have no feeling to be forced into 10m2 :) Breakfast was perfect.
Review 24：Everything during our stay was a bad experience. At arrival we could not communicate well with the host as he doesnt speak English and only a little German. We remarked that the sheets of the bed didnt cover the whole matress and as they were so old... We asked to replace one sheet. With a big angry gesture the host took it away. At first sight i looked clean. Until we used the toilet which was 'fixed' by themselves: the power of the water when flushing is so hard the urine comes out of the toilet. Result: a big urine smell in the tiny bathroom. The cups in the bathroom and the glasses to drink some water were really dirty. I cant imagine its a big effort to clean this properly. The breakfast was brought to our terrace. If you like meat and white bread you like their breakfast. I dont eat meat in the morning, neither only white bread. You could see their effort, but they never thought about what a guest would love to eat. When leaving i had a look under the bed and saw they didnt clean underneath it for at least a couple if weeks... We are not that picky, i usually write positive reviews, but we found this place so disgusting i had to write this. Dunno how they got all those positive reviews. If i may give them one advice: renovate urgently the whole building! While doing that: install airconditioning so you dont need to get mad (?!) When people ask you during a hot summer.

Review 29：I am originally from Hungary and I know that it is very hard to find a place like this to stay. The owner is very friendly, treats you like family. Always there if needed, but not in the way. The breakfast was great, he asked what we prefer and what not. Place is nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Walking distance from center of town, bus and train station and the beach. I would highly recommend it to anyone in any season.
