Review 1：Not a bad hotel but overpriced! Everything is more expensive than at any other places we were in Bali (e.g. massages three times more than usually or restaurant prices also). The rooms a quite simpel. We were there in low season and it was a bit scary that there were only 3-5 guests, including us. Although there were so many free rooms they gave as a very dark room where the safe and a light were broken. They fixed everything but it was strange to get a room with defects in an empty hotel with so many rooms. When we asked for an upgrade to one of the villas (which were all free) and they told us the list price which was not at all a good deal.

Review 2：Really nice facilities with a pool and a restaurant with ocean view. Perfect for scuba divers as it is very close to all the dive spots in this area. Dive center is ok, good equipment.

Review 3：the prices for the garden and the ocean villas are a bit too high. The resort has an enormous potential, just needs a bit of love and energy to revive its great assets.

Review 5：The hotel is getting a bit long in the tooth - the rooms are showing their age. The staff was quick to address our concerns, but with a few updates there wouldn't have been any. The prices in the restaurant were about double the prices of the ones across the street or down the beach. I thought it was because they had a better product, but we had to send food back to the kitchen and some items came out still frozen in the middle. For the record, the area seems to be suffering from over diving - the coral and fish are starting to show the signs.

Review 6：The dive center has good gear and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are fine - of course the real reason to come here is to dive, not for the quality of the room.

Review 7：No wifi in the room and very intermittent at reception and in the restaurant. Power adapters didn't work for Australian plugs. Had to go and buy our own. On the whole, very small issues.

Review 8：The resort had a real Balinese flavour. Location was extremely convenient for the diving we were there for. Diving staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the surrounds of Tulumben. Weather was fabulous. Recommend a September visit.

Review 19：Given the premium quality price, the service quality was quite low. For the price that they charged compared to other resorts nearby, I would have expected better service. Some examples: When the cleaning staff cleaned the room each day, they were not very thorough. Our glasses in the bathroom were never washed. Rubbish was not disposed of and no effort was made to tidy up clothes that were on the floor. In the restaurant, staff do not pay attention to the floor so it was often hard to flag waiters down to order. They messed up our orders constantly and made no effort to fix it.
