Review 1：A concert was given outside until very late but that was outside the hotel premises, they can not be held responsible

Review 2：Older but well kept hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and functional. Great value for around 40 euros for a single. Breakfast ok for 8 euros.

Review 3：Shuttle from hotel didn't turn up at airport. Staff didn't seem to want to be there. Level of customer service was low at best. We bought juice and snacks from the local shop to the pool and the manager came over and said he would allow us if we gave a good review although he didn't supply crisps and chocolate. Nadia, the hotels tourism officer was awful. We didn't book our trips with her and she was very angry. Don't buy from Hotel shop as its very overpriced. A young boy fell and cut his hand on a rusty pipe that an umbrella should have been in and a woman fell and broke her arm, both times the staff stood and watched. You only get sun at the small side of the pool during the day (5 sunbeds) I would not return here and I certainly don't recommend it.

Review 4：The room was good, beds were clean and comfortable and the AC worked. We had a room to the rear of the property overlooking the pool with a balcony.

Was charged way too much and was told it was the tax but asked for a receipt with the break down of the price but instead got a paper with just the total amount of what they were asking for i didnt see a smile for the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was awful at best facilities were old hotel. Called reception at 3 in the morning to complain bout some teens that were making alot of noise in the hall and kept knocking on our door but got nothing from the hotel staff. Really awful service I wonder what kind of rating system booking.com uses for rating this a 4 star hotel? I had better treatment from a hostel. Pathetic

Review 19：Very old fashioned hotel, very basic rooms, no mini bar, no fridge, no soap. Reception staff wanted to avoid cc payment and was inventing lousy excuses like 'bad connection' or 'card not accepted' etc blah blah until we asked to speak with the director. Then it miraculously worked but we lost half an hour and missed our bus to Casablanca. Wi-fi working very selectively like from 1 to 8 am.

Review 21：Staff did not pay attention to our concerns and did not address those appropriately. The central air-conditioning brought some smokey smell from the other rooms to ours. Breakfast was not fresh at all. The pool is not clean enough. The customer lifts were not working and we had to use service lift which was not pleaseant.

Review 23：No rooftop cocktail bar as advertised it is "under refurbishment" but was a mess when we were there and no work was being done on it. Wifi was patchy and didn't work properly for longer than 20mins a day. Staff service (apart from housekeeping) was terrible very unattetive and takes ages to get the simplest of things ie. Ask for bottle of water and wait for 50 mins. Not nearly enough beds at the pool. If you book (for longer than 4 days) through booking.com you are entitled to a free massage ask at reception because it will not be offered to you in addition the girl in the spa has absolutely no English at all so unless you speak French make your appointment through the reception desk to avoid confusion. All in all its worth the cheap price for the location alone but the service really lets this place down :-)

Review 25：I had to pay for parking facility but there was none. When I asked them to pay me back the money I payed for the parking they refused. I took a family room with breakfast included. Once there I had to pay 60 MAD extra for my children. The service was poor. Do not go there!
