Reviews for La Penisola

Review 1:basic breakfast, cereal and croissant. Beware of Mosquitos take plenty of spray! It is off the beat and track on a country road away from village and towns

Review 2:beautiful setting. great views of lake . Staff always willing to help.

Review 3:It was very difficult to find, but this seemed to be the fault of our GPS, which took us through someone's orchard and got us lost in the middle of nowhere for a couple hours. We eventually saw a sign for the hotel, but it was not very obvious.

Review 4:The hotel is located in a breathtaking area and the rooms are set up to feel very private. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating; when my boyfriend and I woke up late, they offered us coffee and breakfast, regardless. Also, dinner was amazing!!

Review 5:On arrival the hotel seemed closed. The entrance is set back about 50m from where one can park and partly hidden by bushes. We initially thought we were at the wrong place and drove away.

Review 6:Friendly staff, good recommendation for nearby restaurant for dinner, and lake views in the morning

Review 7:I ordered a.c. room as advertised. They knew that shut off on september, why they accept the reservation.Breakfast start at 8;00 o'clock. Place almost close.

Review 8:We went in 2004 and again in 2014. For those seeking tranquility, harmony and ambience, look no further. Overlooking the lake, it is hidden away and well worth seeking out. The room (No 7) overlooked the lake and pool and was very comfortable. Not very big, but lovely. At breakfast we had a charming womam served us breakfast, which was great and we felt very welcome. It looks like a perfect place to have a wedding reception by the way. Beautiful setting.

Review 9:No AC NO screens

Review 10:Breakfast was nice but very limited and the water needs to be run for about 15 minutes before getting warm in the showers.

Review 11:Amazing views and country scenery, very relaxing. Owner was very helpful and very kind, definably recommendable.

Review 12:service slow in the restraunt

Review 13:lovely location and pool
