Review 1：Room was rather pokey and old fashioned: televsion was very small, bed was uncomfortable, shower was difficult to operate, pillow (singuar) was very flat and not comfy and the door to the patio came off the hinges.

Review 2：Pool area was lovely and very relaxing. We enjoyed the champagne for breakfast.

Review 3：This is not a 4 star hotel, max 2 or 3. On arrival, their booking showed 2 rooms with one person in each room. I booked here 2 rooms with 4 adults and 2 little children. They charged 50 euros extra to each room. The location information says, the hotel is at lakeside and has beach. Yes, it is at lakeside and access to the water but only with your eyes. The hotel has a childrenpool next to the water and that's it. The staff wouldn't even know how to get to the lake and to the beach. Breakfast standard but with a machine coffee maker and juice from a machine as well. You get per person a coffee ticket (worth 500Ft) at the cafeteria but all the coffees are at least 550Ft. All in all very dissapointing and not worth the money at all!!! Really really overpriced. I booked a little late (1month ahead) and wanted another hotel but only this one had space. No wunder!!! :(

Review 4：Was on honeymoon after just getting married 2 days previous, contacted hotel to explain honeymoon and asked for a paid upgrade ect. reservation agent said we will sort everything and nothing was done. had 2 beds rooms dull and bird poo on balcony. When compained got a free bottle of champagne.

Review 14：desappointed !!! It's not a 4 stars hotel, but a little 3 stars. No free wifi connection, no bathtub in the bathroom. Sometimes some equipments are not in the room : towels, tea kettle. There was also a disfuction of the air-conditionning : water noise behind the walls all the night !

Review 18：The outdoor pool was cold and there was algae growing on the indoor pool. The water smelled and tasted funny. We had no linens or towels for two days. The wallpaper in the rooms was peeling and bubbling. Curtains were hanging and furniture was chipped and faded. The fixtures were very flimsy. Felt more like I was staying in a motel than a five star resort.

Review 22：The first thing you notice when you step into the hotel is that it is hot and sticky.the airconditioning does not work in the lobby or restaurant- the weather was extremley hot when we were there so it was torture to have our dinner with my little boy.Despite the fact that the hotel says that there is no need to reserve a car parking space up front - we did not get one straight away.our first original room was full of ants.the second exchanged apartment was not as clean as you would expect at this nightly rate.the cleaners did not do a thorough job at all.roomservice forgot to collect the glasses and dishes>>little flies showed up.in general: even though this was our second time this was a disappointment.this was definitely no 4 star experience for us.

Review 24：Trying to be upmarket but let down by hot water running out by 9a.m. and air conditioning not working for heat or cold. Was told it was working OK but it wasn't . Shower fittings v cheap. CNN only English TV channel. Outdoor pool freezing. All rather cheapskate for a hotel that is pretty pricey for Hungary.

Review 26：it is not a 4 star hotel. it is a 3 star hotel with exagerrated self-advertisment. hotel looks dusty and neglected. so called "spa area"...mamma mia, we had better swimming-pool in my high school! terrible breakfast! nothing was eatible, even the coffee and tea was terrible.small hotel garden. poor standard and great dissapointment.
