Review 13：Structure: while the lobby and the restaurant are quite good, the room has old furniture; the bathroom was recently redone, while the doors and corridors are very old. It's clear that the hotel is renovated in steps and roughly. The view from my room was ugly; other rooms have a better view on an internal small garden. The service is really poor. At 5 pm, when I came back, the room had not been cleaned yet! WIFI is so slow that was unusable, and there is no possibility to connect the pc through cable. The water heater was not working: I reported the fact to the front desk in the morning but in the afternoon, on my return, had not yet been replaced; I had to ask again. Wasn't a problem for me because I was awake, but the noise from the renovation of 2 rooms at my floor was so loud that my wife was able to listen the hammering from the phone call. Food. Breakfast is mainly indian food. The first evening we ate there and the restaurant is not bad, the food is good and not expensive, but it wasn't possible to drink a beer because the bar was closed (at 10:30 p.m.); the next day it wasn't possible to drink a gin&tonic at the bar because they haven't tonic water (!). Check out has been long. In my opinion it worth 30% less of the fare that I have payed (about €70).

Review 14：The staffs are very helpful but very eager to get tips. They will not move until they will get tips. I reached early and my wife and 1 yr kid was with me. Still they took lot of time to get a room for me. They told that the room is being cleaned up but when I entered the room I found that the room was not used for 3/4 days as I could see little dust on the TV and tables.

Review 20：Location, it's the best hotel that's closest to the airport, but that means it's farther from everywhere else. I took a SkyCab to the hotel for 750 Rupees I think, paid 1100 to the hotel to take me back to the airport. Staff can be a bit cold if you're not dressed like you can afford the place. (Though the porter was wonderful)

Review 21：Buffet, buffet, buffet. Dinner buffet is around $15 (cannot remember rupee cost, sorry) and offers a decent selection. Breakfast buffet was okay. Wi-Fi is excellent! View is decent, though because you're on the outskirts of the city, you see...not the best view. If you can get a room here for cheaper, by all means do. It's not the best, but if you don't have to pay that much then it's great! They'll let you sit in the lobby if you're waiting for your cab, even after checking out. Perfect for the extremely warm day I was there.

DRAPERY OF CHAIRS SOFAS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY WHICH IS IN A FADE OUT / TORN OUT SITUATION.

Everything was perfect until I was asked to clear the bills the day I was spending too much. this made me a bit annoyed and I paid the entire amount and requested for check out the next day. However, there front office manager (prettie) came to me in person and apologised on behalf of the person who I assumed she was rude. All in all excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Review 54：My experience at the Zanzibar was not a pleasant one. The first night I ordered 30 ml of whisky and was served somewhere between 30 and 60 ml. The barman insisted I had ordered 60 ml and charged me accordingly. The next evening I was cautious to clearly order 30 ml and had the same experience. I think the barman is up to some mischief which the management should look into.

Room service compromised on the food presentation quality during late night hours (around 12 : 12:30 midnight) as compared to the food served in the afternoon. Surprisingly, upon pointing out the difference the room service staff acknowledged saying it happened because it is late hours...which was shocking to see for a brand like Golkonda compromising on the quality standards depending about time.

Review 95：Old bathroom and looks like it has not been washed since a very long time. The bath cabin glass is stained to the core. I forced the guy to clean it up, but I had to force some maintenance work for seeping water from bath across the WC to the drain. The bathroom matter never changed even after requests.
