Erika Pension sells fast on our site. Erika Pension is 6 minutes’ walk from Lake Balaton. Situated opposite a large park, it offers a garden with outdoor swimming pool. Festetics Palace is just a 15-minute walk away.
The bright rooms have a spacious balcony overlooking the garden or the park. Each room is equipped with a TV set and refrigerator. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Buffet breakfast is served on the terrace or at the spacious breakfast room, which includes a small library in the corner. WiFi is free in the common areas.
Sun loungers are provided by the swimming pool, and guests can also relax in a sauna and a hot tub, which are available at an additional cost. The garden includes a play area for children and a table tennis.
The nearby park includes a football field and basketball court. The town centre is right behind the park.

Review 1：A pity there was no coffee or tea for use in the evening.

Review 2：Erika herself was extremely helpful with giving tourist advise. Erika was in control. Nice breakfast with fruit from the own garden.

Review 3：The best thing about our stay was the fabulous treatment we received from our host Erika which overshadowed the fact that the facilities were very good as well.

Review 6：The owners made us feel very welcome from the begining giving us maps and tips on what to do in the area. Breakfast was lovely, the room was very clean and well equipped. It was great that there was a kitchen too as we were able to heat food. They also packed us a bag of sandwiches and fruit for breakfast as we left before 8am on our last day.

Review 9：Very good location, short way to the Balaton Beach and not to far to Keszthely centrum. Since the Balaton lake did not invite for a swim due to grey and muddy water, it was good to take a relaxing bath in the Erika pension. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 10：- Rooms can really use a climatisation. Temperature was almost always up to 30 degree even in the night. - Shower head was a bit old and disfunctional. - At the time we choose to visit Balaton, was Erika Penzion fully booked. Only room left was a little budget room without balcony which is quite an disadvantage in summer period. It wasn´t anybody fault, I just wouldn´t advice other people to do it in such a hot weather.

Atmosfer in Erika pension was very welcoming and friendly. - Breakfast - great eksperience of a lokal food - Good price - Clean pool and well kept surrounding. - Rooms with refrigerator and an ekstra little kitchen in the hall, where we cound prepare coffe, tea or a little snack.

Review 21：Erica gave me a cut lunch the night before. The couple helped me with my bag early in the morning so I could leave in plenty of time to catch the 7.22 train. The rooms were nicely heated. Gave me directions to F. Palace the afternoon that I arrived.

Review 33：This is my third visit, again I have been made to feel a part of the family. It is a very friendly place to stay. The place is clean, the staff are always helpful, always a smile. It is a place where relaxation is unavoidable, it is a home from home. Breakfast is a lovely buffet offering a wide variety. The rooms are light and spacious. I will always go there if they have a room available. If anyone asks me where to stay in Keszthely, I would tell them Ericas Pension without hesitation!

Review 59：I actually can't say enough good things about this place!! It is wonderful, amazing value, and it is clear Erika and her husband are passionate about their business. We were greeted so warmly, and even provided with a delicious cool drink as we sat on the swings taking it all in! The location couldn't be better, easily walkable (15/20 mins) from the bus and train station and pretty much smack bang in the middle between the lake and the town centre (while we're on the subject try the Mexican restaurant Los Amigos!)... approximately 5 min walk to the lake and just slightly more to the town centre... The breakfast was great, and a great variety... Really would recommend this place highly!

Review 60：The room was terribly hot without aircon. Old and warm bed linen. Quite far from both the city center and the lake - dark to come back at night. Too light curtains - so bright at morning.
