Review 1：- There was no heating in the Room 3 where I stayed, but there was an electric heater. The problem with these kind of things is that I could not let it run during the night so it got quite cold in the room (also being late autumn); - No light in the bathroom; I managed to use my lightning from my mobile phone though ... And since it was very late in the night when I got there I did not wanted to disturb the host again for this issue

Review 2：- Excellent Host. Miss Fiona insisted to pick me up from the station by car even if it was very late in the evening. - Nice House; - Good room size; - Good internet; - Comfortable Bed; - I was not able to try the breakfast since I came very late and left very early in the morning;

Review 30：I did not have electrisity for one night in my room. Someone used my bathroom when I was not useing it but I was entiteld for that one only for myself. They said that if I want they can change the cannels on tv but in the end they did not do it because the owners were useing it and thats the reason they wont change it. Next time would be verry nice to have a meal (in the evenings and noon) in the guesthouse or a kitchen where I can warm some food to eat because I had to eate trash food for five days, there was not any possibility to eate a normal healthy meal.

Review 32：Very friendly owner, she likes to help and also drove me to the airport for free. You get a lot of informations about the things you can do around Horley and Crawley. The rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. TV, internet, soap, shampoo, towels, tea and more is all included. You immediately feel very comfortable and like home. Go there and enjoy it

Review 33：Definitely a business (nothing wrong in that), but not a warm, friendly,country farm type guest house.I would like it to be a little bit more certain about pick up/drop off from Gatwick (as it is, it depends on whether the owner is available or not - which isn't known until the last minute).

Review 35：Pick up is not available from the airport and you have to make your own way to the guest house. However, staff is very kind and will drop you off to the airport the morning after.

Review 37：Received an email message shortly after I booked that I perceived to berude...it is possible that the person writing it did not intendrudeness. She stated that the guest house does not take american expresscredit card, and even though I had a confirmed booking, she wouldn'tconsider us booked until we paid with a visa. I did happen to haveaccess to email while traveling and so took care of it. However, shedidn't respond or confirm or thank me, so I had to contact her again toensure that all was okay.The booking info stated 24 hour shuttle service to Gatwick. When I was an hour from Gatwick I emailed her that we were on way and requested transportation; she said no and so we had to take a cab (they did provide transportation the following day). And, the stated prices for breakfast was 3 pounds per person; when we got there, they offered it to us for 20 pounds for three people. Not 3. We declined. We traveled all over Great Britain and found the people extremely nice. Were disappointed in this one guest house.
