Review 1：Really comfortable, warm and spacious room with nice furniture. Rich buffet breakfast. Lovely friendly and helpful staff! Loved it! Very good value for money.

Review 2：There could have been curtains in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was so weak at upper front rooms (room 1 and 2). Otherwise everything was perfect.

Review 3：It was very clean and spacious room than we expected. Basic but includes everything you need. Distance is just 2-3 minutes away by walking to Agia Anna beach which is sandy and one of the best beaches of the island. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. So price/performance ratio is great.

Review 4：A family owned hotel with rooms and studios. Beautifully situated in Agia Anna a short walk from the beach,tavernas,shops and the bus stop for the buses to Naxos town. The studio is spacious and very clean with a fully equipped kitchenette. Big bathroom with bathtub with a shower. The terrace is quite big with a beautiful view over the sea and the island of Paros. There is free wi-fi in the room. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and so also the cleaning lady who keeps the studio clean and tidy, you will always have clean towels and sheets. The owners of the studio who are friendly and hospitable also have a taverna at the harbour in Agia Anna. It's called Gorgona and they serves delicious food a rich variety of Greek dishes. I have stayed several times at Kapris studios and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend to stay at Kapris studios and to have a meal at the Gorgona restaurant.

Review 5：The room is very clean and nicely decorated, and it's very close to the beach Agia Anna. A bit far away from the downtown of Naxos, but it's quiet and relaxing. The environment of the hotel is simply excellent!

Review 7：Close walk to beach, beach bars, restaurants, cafes.Not worth thebad issues.

Review 8：Photos deceive you, room was much smaller. Also we had problems with the hot water and flush in the toilet. Not good value for money especially if you go in high season where prices are much higher.

Review 10：Upon our arrival we were informed that rooms with sea view wereavailable only at another site, the Santana hotel. Santana is located inthe most crowded part of Agia Anna and the rooms are located just abovea popular bar with sometimes loud music that could be heard despite thesoundproofing. Furthemore Santana had no private parking, the Wi-Fi wasnot working in the room and barely working even at the bar downstairsand the room had no kitchen whatsoever, not even a coffee makingpossibility. The lack of all these features that were part of thehotel's presentation was very unpleasant.

Review 17：we had arrived at the Studios and were searching for a reception but there was no reception first of all. Then when somebody arrived after we have called them they showed us the room and i nearly fainted. It had nothing to do with the one i saw and booked on the web site. The room that it is on the web is only two rooms in the whole building who were lately renovated the rest you better not ask. It is a very old building, the fridge and cooker was rusted and in general the rooms smell that old house smell. They gave me a bigger room in order not to complain and made me a small discount but to be very honest the whole thing upset me so much that i had already blacklisted NAXOS island. When i mentioned this to some neighbours from the island they told me that they had this case again with this Studio Kapris. They badly need renovation urgently.

Review 18：The photos of the hotel that were shown on booking.com DID NOT correspond to the hotel we were taken to when we arrived to the island. It is my understanding that there are 3 hotels in the area managed by the same family, and all the bookings are made to the best hotel of the three; once guests arrive, they are accommodated based on availability in either hotel of the three. The problem is that while the first hotel is pretty awesome, the other two are horrible. You can imagine our surprise when instead of a modern, boutique 4-people apartment we were taken to a crappy 3-bedroom (when I asked where the fourth person was supposed to sleep, they showed me an ARMCHAIR that supposedly could be converted into single bed - no linens etc). Anyway, after we made a big fuss they transferred us to the third hotel, which was larger but still nothing like the one that we had booked from the website. They gave us a discount but to be frank I 'd rather stay to the hotel I had booked. In a nutshell: if you plan to book a hotel there, call them and make sure that you are staying in the hotel you booked and not one of the other two.
