Review 1：Great location, next to the park, five mins walk from the main city square and the main shopping strip. Staff exceptionally friendly, room lovely and perfectly clean.

Review 2：- We had view to another building (not nice); - Our toilet didn't work - cleaning lady said that this already happened to the guest(s) before us and that they thought it was fixed (you can't just 'thought' in a 4* hotel) and if we claug it, we should call her and she will clean it?! So, horrible experience with the bathroom; - Young woman on the reception wasn't very nice and I think that she gave us that room (terrible one) because we were young couple, but on the other hand, the older man on the reception (the next day) was very nice and helpful; - Normal breakfast (like in any hotel with 3* or 4*) but they were out of some food and it took quite some time to bring new pieces (like bread...); - Soap, shampoo..., were only for one person (there were two of us); - Cleaning lady (I think she was cleaning lady or some other young woman) just came in the room (one hour after we checked in - 5pm) without knocking or anything and when she saw us she apologized, but still...; - The room was normal but cold (you can't set the temperature yourself) and quite unpractical (TV was on the right side of the bed) and small. We made reservation in this hotel because of all the good reviews, but I can say for sure we won't be back and because we were already in other hotels in Zagreb with 4* and 5* I can say that this one just don't compare to them. I don't think this was just bad luck, they just weren't prepeared and organized enough.

We are from Canadaand found it quite stressful as we drove around in circles for quite awhile before realizing this. It would have been quite informative for usto have known this ahead of time. A minor setback which would not stopus from coming to The Palace again.

Review 81：We arrived mid afternoon for one night only . Our luggage was handled for us immediately,check in was fast and we were pleasantly surprised to find we'd been upgraded at no extra cost. The rooms had beautiful views, were large and very comfortable and the large bathroom had a bath. The Hotel is extremely well placed for quick walking access to all the best eating places and sights. Public transport is right outside if needed.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. For our less than 24 hour stopover this Hotel was perfect .

From the wood panelling and pictures of illustrious guests in the foyer area (including Orson Welles) to the baby grand piano in one of the larger suites, the Palace oozes character. The rooms are comfortable and clearn, and the staff efficient and extremely helpful.

Review 132：On arrival by train at approximately 1300 hours we were informed rather coolly at the front deal that check in was 1500 - black and white - I had to request that our bags be stored - no positive pro activity. This lack of customer focus was isolated and not exhibited by other staff but it was not a great welcome to Zagreb.
