Review 1：Room overheated even when AC was off. Window couldnt be opened more than 10 cm so there was no air in the room.

Review 3：Excellent Hotel right opposite the Dom Sportova Complex so ideal if you are attending a concert or sporting event there. Staff are very good, always helpful and prepared to go that extra mile for guests. Wifi is free and very fast. There are bars, cafes, a supermarket, a Pharmacist and an ATM closeby, or it is around 20 minutes walk (5 euros in a taxi) to the centre of the city, and the same to reach the train and bus stations.

Review 4：What should I say !! The point is the price was 55€ but they charged us 75€ ! When I asked why they said if we take something from the minibar and than was it ok.the next day when we checked out we had nothing from the minibar and they said the Rest we get back on the Bank Account but we didnt! When I called them they said it will come but I called the Bank but they said nothing is on the way and I have a onlinebank and there I get everthing latest one day later back! !!

Review 22：This hotel is not easily accessed by public transport, better to say in the centre if a lone female traveller, you will spend the small savings on the room price on taxis, none of which are the same price, varied from 26 to forty five kuna! The power/heating plant beside it kept me awake. The breakfast was unremarkable, not worth the price, eat in the centre instead.

Review 24：When i arrived the whole Hotel was out of electricy from 2pm to 5pm. Next two days we had some problems with WIFI, parking card and room card (it never work for the entrance from parking). Location of the hotel is OK, staff was nice.

Review 27：We were unlucky to use this hotel in January when the temperatures were lower than -10 Celsius degrees. The double bed room at 3rd floor had really bad heating system, the termostat was set at maximum but the room temperature was not more than 15 deegrees and some strange noises were coming out of heating system output. Also, the toilet tank didn't work, the water system wasn't filling it so the toilet couldn't be used. All of this probably happened because of freezing weather, so if you are traveling at spring, summer or autumn feel free to ignore this disadvantages.

Review 28：The location of hotel is a big plus, the rooms are spatious and everything is clean, there is hotel parking.

Review 29：Cleanliness was very poor as carpets wasn't clean with vacuum cleaner and glass was used as an ashtray from guests before.

Review 30：Beds were really comfortable. That is the best part of hotel. View was fine and size of room is very good. Location is attractive and only minutes away from city centre.

Review 31：Personal were not so friendly. After the receptionist saw me alone, he tried to give me a two single bed room, despite I've already specified a double Room by the time reservation. The second room they gave me, was too cold. I told that situation to the stuff but they did do nothing, so i became sick :/ And long check out time... I've waited 30mins. Additional to these, no special request is taken into account(such as higher stages..)

Review 39：We spent two nights. Air conditioning (even the fan function) was not working. I called the customer service and asked if it could be repaired or the room could be changed. They said all the rooms were without air conditioning and told me to open the window. It was OK at the temp under 10 degrees Celsius, but I found two big flies in the room. The cleaning lady was very helpful to get rid of the insects.

Review 112：Excellent Hotel. No complaints at all. My room was large, spotlessly clean with excellent wi-fi. Flat screen TV showed many channels in various languages. The Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good with a great choice. The centre is about 15 minutes walk away but taxis cost only around 4 euros and there are many cafes and bars around the Hotel, as well as a taxi rank,a Bank ATM machine and a branch of Lidl Supermarket.

Review 113：This is a very good hotel. The room was very well furnished - very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, although it requires some walking (30 mins) to get to the old part of town. There is a parking available, although paid separately.

Not the most attractive walk, particularly near the hotel. The room was hot and the airconditioning was hopeless. I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked.
