Review 1：We enjoyed the hotel up until we ordered a packed breakfast. We were extremely disappointed at this. at this. Bearing in mind the large array of items on the buffet breakfast we would have thought more imagination would have been put into the packed breakfast. Items which were specifically asked for were ignored so due to dietary requirements one person barely had anything to eat. (This was after reception saying we could request items) We both felt we had been 'ripped off' in terms of paying for bed and breakfast. This unfortunately has left a bitter taste which could have so easily been avoided

Review 5：The staff seemed rude and very unhelpful. My partner cut her foot badly on a damaged edge of the swimming pool and, apart from a simple gauze bandage they had no first aid equipment. We were even told to go to the sea as the salt water would heal the wound. The room was a twin not double which moved apart in the night. The hotel advertised wifi but this very rarely worked in the room and only very slowly in reception. We tried booking activities through reception but gave up and booked our selves through internet and phone calls which was much easier

Review 8：Very pleasant hotel in a great location. Hotel was clean and staff mostly friendly. Hotel has a spa, we tried the deep tissue massage which is was very good and a face and leg massage which were nice. Food wise, its a buffet: there is a lot of choice. Lovely salad bar, pizza always available, fresh fruit. However it was nice to go out and eat to get a little more variation. Hotel well located near coast, supermarket, cash point, dive centre etc.. Our room (superior double) was nice and clean.

Review 11：On arrival to the room there was a cigarette butt in the ash tray and a bin, and cigarette smell present in the corridors. We had a smoker next door, and had to close our door leading to the balcony. The parking is not free, internet is not working well and beds are a little bit too hard.

Review 12：The location is fantastic and the food is the best so far, very fresh and healthy. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Irma, Martina And Marko. It is very quiet and ideal for a family holiday.

Garden and beach are beautiful, food is very good (they told me that vegetables are from their garden and it was very nice surprise. I am vegetarian and the quality of vegetables is very important to me). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. My suggestion - have a coctail on the top terrace of the hotel - You will love it!

Review 17：We visited Supetar in April, considered the off season. Prices were very affordable, and few tourists were around, though the weather was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice, only Hotel Amor was open (not Velaris) and I imagine the place can feel a little cramped during the high season. Overall, a great experience at Hotel Amor and in Brac.

Review 20：Being moved to the villa building when I specifically booked the hotel. After a night in the villa we were moved to a suite in the hotel so this did not spoil our holiday.

Review 23：Everything was great. Easy 20 minute walk with suitcase from the ferry. Lovely big rooms, more than helpful reception, brilliant swimming beach with beach bar for drinks and snacks. Supermarket 2 minutes away and bars and restaurants everywhere on the walk to the main old town. Nothing to fault and the size and cleanliness of the rooms are a bonus. Oh breakfast is brilliant, not the usual Croatian style. Eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cold meats, even roast potatoes...yum!

Review 24：Lovely facility and easy to get to from the Spilt-Supetar ferry. The surrounding landscape is lovely and the beach is wonderful. Breakfast is very good with great fresh fruits and vegetables.

Review 25：Poor internet connection. Breakfast was not so good at my opinion, especially sweets! (They only serve sweets from their own pastry shop - and those sweets were not good). Little bit far from town center - 30 mins walking. Drinks in hotel bar are a bit more expensive then in bars at the beach or in the town.

We enjoy our rest in Hotel Amor very much! And i want to recommend it to everybody, who is looking for relax and quiet against the background of beautiful nature in combination with a high quality service.

Review 32：1. Breakfasts - I was expecting a small restaurant for hotel guests (it is not a big hotel). But there is a big building where breakfast is served for all people located in all kinds of accommodations around (4 different hotels I believe). I always try to avoid such places. 2. I think that the stay would have been too expensive if we had stayed in originally booked - superior room. The price we paid is justified with the upgrade we got.

Review 33：1. We were upgraded to a hotel suite as there was some mistake in booking and we have to spend the first night in a different hotel (at much lower standard). It was a nice gesture of the hotel to offer such an upgrade. 2. I was positively surprised with fitness program offered by the hotel (aqua-aerobic and yoga). And the lady was great! 3. Very good location - close to the town centre and easy access to the beach which is usually a problem in Croatia.

Review 35：Our standard room for two was super with very nice view to the sea and garden. The room had plenty of space, also the bathroom and the balcony. Air conditioning was great as also the breakfast. Surroundings were very quiet and peaceful and the beach is near, about 3 min slow walk from the hotel.

Review 36：The place felt like a tourist trap, by no means 4 stars, at most 3. Sun beds were plastic without cover, no shower at the beach, rooms very functional, plates at buffet dirty, breakfast was empty 15 minutes before closing, room service consisted of folding the bed linen each morning, I myself could do this better. If you are after comfort and pampering during your vacation then stay away!

Review 38：There is too much things to state about this hotel so I'll try to resume: forget about "seaside view" rooms - its a fake! there is a tall pinetree forest with 100meters long in front of any building so you can take a small peak of the sea between the branches if you enjoy so. There is no double bed on any kind of room! only two join improvised single beds so prepare to sleep with a break in the middle of your bed! The room was full of hairs from previous guests, full of blood marks on the wall from the previous Mosquito Battles! The food its just horrible for a 4 star standard - starting : NO FREE WATER! the policy is to make the customer spend as much as possible, even for water. But the juice its as good as my high school cafeteria (only on breakfast and dinner the machines are asleep) At the same time meals are prepared at the live grill there is the cleaning guy on the side with chemicals for cleaning it! If you’re a bit on top of the meals schedule time (15 min before) please be prepared to eat on the dark, because they will turn off the lights on you at o’clock - so make your self kicked out from the room. Though they are humurous and unique, since the welcome sign on the very entry meal room is “dont steal food from us!” Hillarious for a client whose willing to pay around 100 euros per night. If you wish to go on an excursion or something like, there is almost no offer from them so you’ve to manage yourself with the local operators. So much for turism or entertainment! If want a chair or a sun shadow please pay to some other guys a good amount of money even if you are just at the “beach” hotel. So… make yourself a favor and for the price please don’t get any hope for a 4 star hotel quality, go somewhere else and spend your money wisely, since Croatia has lovelly other places to stay (spend two weeks and all other places were amazing!)

Review 56：The property is in a great position on the water with fabulous gardens that smell of olives and lavender. The food is homely and the service is good.

Review 57：New rooms are very unconfortable, it seems like management haven't tried to live in them. Shower is awful since there is a water literally everywhere, even in bedroom. No hangers in appropriate places, no internet, missing dryers for towels, even no phone in the room to connect with reception (which is in another building, like 100m away). Also there was a light blinking all night in the very middle of bedroom. Pool is a bit small and is opened from 10 am, which is very late (wish it was from 7-8 am). No towels to rent for the beach (only white towels which are not allowed to use other than in pool).

Review 58：The appartments were new, big and stylish. We've got a ground floor which is very convenient – you have a your very own & nice terrasse and an easy way to move out to the beach. Also location is good and close to the beach. Good and friendly staff.

Review 63：The biggest issue was that the shower screen was poorly designed so Iended up flooding our bathroom on the first morning, and we had to becareful when showering not to do this again. There was some very minorcosmetic damage in the bathroom, and it was slightly irritating to besleeping in two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed,but I am nitpicking!

Review 64：The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff spoke good English andwere friendly and helpful and I managed to get information by email fromthem easily before our arrival. The breakfast was reasonable, but Iwould have enjoyed more sweet choices. Our room was large and the bedswere comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselvesseveral times, although it was rather small so I could imagine it mayget overcrowded at busier times in the season.

The beach hadgood facilities, but we were disappointed when we discovered sunloungers and parasols were additional cost on top of the hotel rate -the sun loungers by the pool (which is very small) were free to use, butthere are a maximum of approx. 15 to use.

Review 75：This is not really a negative but adding this comment more for information. The beach is public and there is a small cost for hiring sunbeds and umbrellas. You must take your own towels. When booking, be specific about what accommodation you want. We stayed within the hotel/reception building and loved it. You may want to enquire about the other standards of accommodation the hotel offers .e.g. Villa.

Review 76：The staff, particularly Marina, made our stay. They are so friendly, warm, helpful and resourceful in organising ways for us to enjoy the island. The hotel and rooms are immaculately kept and modern. The rooms are virtually sound proof. Don't miss out on breakfast; it was delicious and fresh every day. The calamari and salad at the beach bar was great too. Beautiful gardens and the water at the beach is crystal clear. Wish we spent more time there to enjoy the terrace and pool. This hotel is in a fabulous, quiet location and a short stroll from the restaurants and cafes in the main part of the port's village. We will return to this hotel. We could not fault it at all.

Review 77：We stayed in the Villa Luka which was a building very near the beach. We were very happy with this. Breakfast was served in a separate block. The reception/Hotel Amor was at the entrance to the site/resort where the swimming pool and other spa facilities were.
