Review 1：This hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, booking.com should checkits stars on site. I'd give them not more than 2,5 stars and thisgoes to the rooms not the rest..To be honest according to what you payits ok! But initially they should sell the hotel as 2 or 3 stars and youdon't think that you catch a good deal and disapointed at the end:)..Staff is generally rude and not willing to help you, breakfast is adisaster as well as the food generally. If you are a starred hotelguest, if you know what a 4 star hotel looks like, if the price is over55-60 EUs per night, we do not recommend. If you still wanna book askfor room only, there are plenty of places offer breakfast and meal atvery cheap prices in town center.

Review 2：Spacious rooms, balcony, very close to the beach, general quiteness. 15mins walk to city center which is not a big deal. We were a bit worriedabout ac as the comments were poor but it was working quite good.

Review 3：First of all i have to say that it is not a 4 star hotel at all!! We arranged a pickup from the airport for like 9pm and our plane was slightly delayed (like 30mins). When we've got out of the terminal, no one was waitng us. After 30 mins i called the hotel and asked where is our transport and an unfriendly receptionist told me that we are late and the driver has already gotten back from the airport (she informed me that i had to call that i am being late - that doesn't really work from the aircraft, right?). I asked if is she joking me and she was pretty serious. She just told me to take a cab which is obviously more expensive. After waiting like 40 mins for a cab we got to a hotel and i wanted the difference money between the hotel transport and the cab...which was like 5 Euros. The receptionist said i am not getting anything. I wanted to speak with a manager and finally (2 days after at our check out) i got it back. But without any sorry, nothing. The hotel was crowded of young Dutch and British teenagers who were doing party every night till 6am and no one from the hotel paid an attention. We had just breakfast, thanks god, it was awful...you're not allowed to sit outside, there is always something missing...sugar, cutlery, plates,...this is a 4 star hotel? c'mon. this hotel has a value maybe 30Euros/per night.

Review 4：The location was good, like 15 mins from the centre, 6Euros by a cab, the hotel has a really nice beach, which is like 2mins of walking

Review 5：Not clean at all. Lots of mosquitos in the room, very old furniture, dirty towels and also toilet flush was not working. Not a 4star hotel at all & not recommended at all.

Review 8：The whole resort is very low class and not like the rest of Kos. Best to base yourself self in Kos town and hire a moped 15 euros per day and is only 20 mins ride. good for families but not for singles or young couples. Pool area is clean and nice but nothing in the area. 15/20 min walk into town or 6 euro taxi

Review 10：* Air conditioning system is not working properly * No entertainment at all - not for adults or children, very boring in the evening * Quite far from Kardamena city - about 15 minutes on foot (twice longer if you travel with small children) * The dining area is very small, and sometimes you have to wait for about 30-60 minutes till you get a table to dine * The food is great, but the trays are small and all food gets grabbed out. The trays are changed often, but you'll need to wait till they bring the new tray. * Same breakfast every day
