Review 1：The vallet braking my car & nobody could leave a polite note and call insurrance! He even lost his cigarettes inside while parking (crashing) it elsewhere!

Review 3：Swimming pool complex was a bit out of the hotel's design. Too much concrete and metal. But more or less acceptable.

Review 7：Food was very bland. Staff was friendly until after settling the bill. No late check-out nor possibility to change and fresh up after skiing on day of check out.

Review 9：The pool was a bit outdated. The rooms were quite warm. Staff could be better informed about the snow conditions as that is were most guest came for.
Review 10：The staff is splendid!. Very helpfull and friendly. Comfortable rooms, turn down service and even An unexpected cold meal served in our room when we arrived late. Keep up these nice gestures!!!
Review 11：The hotel staff were just unwilling to be any more helpful once we checked out. On the day we were leaving as we checked out at 9:30 am they told us they would not be able to keep our car until 3pm. They said the hotel was fully booked and they were adamant they did not have space. This caused us having to take our car to the car park at the entrance of the town and then cross the town again to get to the lifts. As expected at 3 pm there were plenty of parking spaces at the hotel. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel before and just for this reason I would avoid Hotel Maximilian in the future.
Review 12：our room suffered a power failure in the night. We could not contact anyone to fix it until 08.00. It was Inconvenient groping around in the dark!
Review 13：We could ski back to within a 100 metres of the hotel. Superb food, afternoon buffet after skiing, great breakfast buffet with hot food of choice cooked in front of you.
Review 14：Booking.com! I will not ever use this booking group again. They bookedthe wrong dates, number of people and needs. Then their web site wouldnot allow corrections. We needed a german speaking friend to change thereservations after 5 attempts to do so ourselves through bookins.com.
