Review 1：Excellent service from a team that genuinely care about their guests. Although at the end of the season, there is a great deal of attention to detail to ensure the stay was completely relaxing and enjoyable.

Review 2：Overall experience was extremely warm and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was ample with many selections. I am vegetarian and felt accommodated. The view is gorgeous overlooking the sea! We're definitely going back.

Review 3：(1) They mention there's a beach within 5 mins walking but this is not true, the closest is at least 15-20 mins by car; (2) The rooms pictured in the description only show the ones with swimming pool view, yet the rest are the ones with garden view and we were initially super disappointed by the difference vs reality. Especially if you're a couple, would recommend paying extra and taking one with a view towards the sea; (3) The baths from the rooms with garden view really spoil the entire experience. Giving that it's quite an elegant villa, those baths resemble some sort of cheap/sketchy hostel :-/

Review 4：(1) Staff was very friendly, both reception and the ones taking care of the daily breakfast, really appreciated; (2) You will need a scouter/car to get around to/from the location, however it's worth it, the view overlooking the sea is superb; (3) Restaurant is indeed a bit pricey but I recommend it at least for 1/2 dinners, really fresh, tasty, great service and good wine! And again the view!

Review 5：Very friendly and nice situated hotel. We are very pleased of our stay. Good and clean rooms with nice balcony with stunning view ot the bay. And dont miss the beakfast... fresh and tasty every morning! Highly recommended hotel! Thank you for our stay, it was really lovely!

Review 6：We were quite lucky to be upgraded to a larger room, our only little critic is that the shower is very tiny and therefore a bit uncomfortable as the curtains are sticking to the body while you shower. Still we loved the hotel!

Review 9：- Incredibly friendly and laid back staff - Relaxing atmosphere - Beautiful nature all around - Newly renovated - Nice pool area - Great breakfast selection in the hotel bar/restaurant, which is located just next to the pool - The view from the hotel onto the sea and Zakynthos town is amazing! - We had a room on the ground level with sea view, and veranda with an all glass sliding door which made it very convenient to move between our private room and the common areas of the hotel (swimming pool, bar etc.) - Approximately 12 minutes by taxi from Zakynthos airport (cost: 16€ at the time of our stay) - Approximately 8 minutes by taxi from Zakynthos town (cost: 8€ at the time of our stay) - About 15 minutes on foot to the center of Argassi, where you can find a supermarket, small shops, restaurants and bicycle/scooter rentals

Review 10：-No room service -No telephones in room so had to walk to reception always - Doors noisy when you open and shut them. Walls very thin, kept complaining about noise from other guests (need new doors with rubbers so they don't make much noise). -Bathrooms very small and could do with refurbishment, after showering water goes everywhere - Buffet breakfast wasn't full english, most times food either finished or cold, did not really enjoy. - Hotel restaurant disappointing. Had first meal there and the rice was under done, was told "it was steamed rice," even then, it was not edible. Given potatoes which were as hard as rock that were added to sauted in red onions whilst tehre were cold. Had meals in town thereafter and another restaurant at a closeby hotel "Atlantis" or Alanis. Still paid the full price for rice or potaoes that I did not eat. -Room wasn't cleaned daily during stay, just bed linen change. Hairs on the floors from previous guests, didn't want to seem like a moaner so left it. Bits on the ceramic flooring in room, had to wear slippers inside room. - Not your typical 4* given all the above, was quite disappointed actually. Wouldn't stay there again until the above are addressed based on other 4* experiences.

Review 14：A very basic rundown room. The room is small, not enough space to lay down luggage. The toilet is small, with shower curtains touching the toilet bowl, so uncomfortable. The wifi is weak.

Review 23：The view from the hotel, the breakfast area and the pool is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean. The breakfast is tasty and the restaurant offers good food at the evening while you can watch the sunset. The closest beach is clean and quiet. Overall, there are not many people, although the hotel was full during our stay, there were hardly 5 guests in the pool area and 3-4 other tourists at the beach, which is close and the sea is quiet and beautiful there. This was a perfect romantic hideaway. Staff were nice too. No noisy hotels or bars around.

Review 24：Incredible view! you get to be in an luxurious hotel but be treated like family!to have a gourmet dinner and wonderfull wine looking at the sea ...incredible music and friendly people always asking if you need something! the most elegant decoration.Lots of lovely details. Most of the people around the pool were not even guests of the hotel and the couple that did stuff in the pool that aren't for children to witness, please let them do that at another location!!! Review 40：-the room was not cleaned at the beginning (we had honey on the desk!!!) -the bathroom and the room looked like they were renovated on a speedboat. -it does not matter if you place the sign do not disturb or not, the cleaning lady will enter (if she sees you leaving the room) to make your bad and clean the bathroom, but the room will be left dirty (in our case with sand from the snorkel equipment.)

The view from the pool terrace is astonishing. The restaurant is better than many of Zakynthos' city restaurants.

Review 44：A charming escape set in a beautiful hill top location with excellent sunset views . The rooms are relaxing spacious and really bright. The owners have done a marvelous job of the renovations! There is also a nice pool with plenty of sun loungers as well. A delicious breakfast is also served while we had an exquisite evening at the gourmet restaurant . The staff was really helpful and informed us about the closer beaches and some activities in the area.

Review 45：This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We loved the view from every level that was breath-taking. The room was very clean and modern. The service as well as the staff was amazing and we felt right at home. Antonis and George [the owners] were great, as they could not have been more helpful to us during our stay! The hotel is brand new with the recent developments and renovations! Loved the pool with plenty of sun loungers as well as the delicious breakfast every morning as they offer various selections! There is also a new gourmet restaurant within the hotel which also offers stunning views.
