Review 1：It's close to nature and pine forests so don't be surprised if you see small harmless lizards around the house. Perfectly normal for Croatia in general. Besides that everything is more than perfect

Review 2：Ljiljana is a great host and she really took great care that everything is ok. Excellent pool area, specious apartments, lots of outdoor space to chill in sunbeds that are free of charge. Great thing is that parking is not a problem - which can be an issue in Korcula. Very convenient for longer relaxing stays, store is near by, so you don't have the need to move out of the property area to much + there are three very good restaurants in the area.

Review 3：Great setting, lovely host, a brilliant apartment. Far enough from hustle and bustle of Korcula Town to be peaceful, but close enough for everything you need. The views from the terrace are stunning.

Review 6：Not a negative but a few of the other reviews have mentioned that the apartments are away from the town, while this is true, the island is not for you if you are looking for buzzing nightlife and bars, it is all about the sights and scenery so being a few km out of the town is no penance and well worth it

We found the property to be delightful all round in a beautiful area. I would just say that hiring a car is recommended. We LOVED exploring the island, dropping into small harbors, swimming and exploring the vineyards and olive oil producers, and coming home to our little private spot. Lovely!

Review 19：Could not fault our stay here at all.. we loved it. The views are breathtaking, very peaceful and a wonderful place to stay and relax and chill out. Supermarket about 50m away and a few family run restaurants within walking distance (which are excellent) and Korcula town is only a 5 minute drive away with an abundance of restaurants to choose from. The lady who owns and runs the apartments was a wonderful host... we stayed for 3 nights initially but ended up staying for 7 nights!

Review 24：This was a great place to stay and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice spacious and well equipped room, with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the bay. Perfect for breakfasts and the odd glass of wine in the evening. It is in an area 10mins drive away from Korcula, but as we hired a scooter this was no problem. The local area had a small supermarket, nice restaurant and a good spot in the bay for swimming. The owner was fantastic and even gave us lifts to and back from the ferry terminal. It was definitely a good option staying here and we wish we could have stayed for longer than four nights. Great to have access to a pool as well which I think is not that common in Croatia!

Review 26：Nice view of two coves and a short walk to your own private rocks at the beach. Swimming in clear water. Stargazing. Sunsets and view of changing light on the mountains near and far. Cozy studio with everything we need. Excellent sleep. Extremely comfortable pool area with nice chairs--the nicest I've seen. BBQ area--buy some fresh fish and DIY!! You won't regret it. Town just a short distance away and a really lovely island overall. Great white wines. Owners/host are THE BEST!! Experienced in tourism and it shows. Welcoming and inviting. They understand how to run a business like this because of years working with people. We shared wine and fresh fish, sat outside and discussed many topics. One tip: come here when the nightingales sing!! We left after our first three nights and came back after a week on Mljet for five more nights. We will return.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay. The view was beautiful. We needed to travel by car to find a good swimming beach, which was fine because this encouraged us to explore the island more. Thank you for your hospitality!!! A really great vacation!!

Review 30：The owner showed great hospitality and offered us ice cream and wine upon arrival! The apartment was very spacious, cute, with everything that we needed to cook dinner to enjoy staying in. We enjoyed the pool too, which is very relaxing since it was hot. There is a store very close and beaches are very close as well. The town was a bit of a walk, but was part of the experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Review 31：A bit far from Korcula town to walk, though we did one night, it took around 35mins but we were very nervous as there were no footpaths and it is a busy road with cars. Id advise getting a taxi which was 100kuna/ 13€ each way. The steep hill wasn't a problem for us but might be for people with restricted mobility.

Review 33：The owners were very helpful and kind to us, picking us up from and dropping us off at the port and giving good advice on the island. The apartment had a nice balcony and good pool area. In addition there's a couple of beaches close by, one in particular has amazing clear water and lots of nice spots to relax - bring something comfy to lie on though. There are a couple of decent restaurants close by as well, a shop across the road and a bus that takes you into town every few hours.

Review 34：The landlady is very friendly. She called and picked us up from the ferry with her car. She also brought us back to the bus station. Apartment was big and a view from the terrace was great. The place is quiet. We rented bikes from the Korcula town and biked little bit around the island. I definitely recommend that.

Review 36：We were welcomed by the very nice and helpful landlord. The place is nice with good facilities: large rooms, kitchen, swimming pool, balcony, extra terrace. Kids could go around the pool at any timer without restrictions.

Review 37：We liked absolutely everything. The apartment is so cosy with a great balcony. It is a very quiet and peaceful area which allows you to relax and enjoy but at the same time is not too far from the centre and restaurants or a supermarket whicj is located just at the bottom of the road. The staff is really nice and helpful. We will defo go back if we have the chance next year.

Review 38：The owner, Ljiljana, was very sweet and welcomed us with wine upon our arrival. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had the best views in Korcula. It was a short car ride into the town and about a 40 min walk to town. The walk was very easy, safe and a great way to see the island. The owner also offered to drive us into town a few times which was so helpful.

They live on the premises andinvited us over for a glass of wine our first evening. Lily even broughtus berry pancakes one morning when I had mentioned to her how much Iliked them! There is a small grocery store within a 2 minute walk, andthe old city of Korcula is only 5 minutes drive. In addition to apleasant balcony, the room also had a microwave and refrigerator. Theyeven have a stone oven/grill outside if you want to cook. I highlyrecommend this apartment!

The bathtub was leaking water (which resulted in a pretty damp apartment and water on the floor), the toilet seat was broken and we had many insects in the room (twice even 10 cm myriapods !!!) If you chose Grgic insist on not getting apartments 1+2+3, but on getting number 4 or the upstairs apartments (those are really nice)

Pool area nice but small (maybe not for sport swimming...) Close by 2 good restaurants+1 minimarket. The Island is just super beautiful !

The island is magnificent for scenery, history and cuisine ( we had 2 if our best meals in Croatia there) but the highlight was the warm hospitality of Ljiljana and Mihajlo Grgic and their lovely apartments in a rural setting close to Korcula town. The view from the deck was idyllic, the apartment lacked nothing, and they were gracious hosts. I highly recommend Apt Grgic to couples or families wanting to be away from busy tourist places but close enough to easily drive back and forth.

Review 86：We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The location of the house in a rural location so fantastic if you want to stay away from the city. We arrived very early with ferry and the landlady let us check in much early. The landlady was extremely helpful and friendly. On our departure day, she dropped us off at the ferry port for no charge at 5.30 am. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful holiday.

Review 87：The hospitality of the owner, Lilliana is above all expectations. We were picked up from the port, and able to get a lift into the town if we needed. Also lovely offers of drinks poolside, and any information we needed was never too much trouble. The views are absolutely spectacular, especially of the sunsets - a very peaceful and relaxing environment.

Review 88：Staying in this apartment made our stay on Korcula much more enjoyable, particularly thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner who was ready to provide all possible advice where and what to do. The apartments are set in a quiet environment, we had a spacious well furnished room with a nice balcony. There is a small supermarket just across the street and a very nice famliy-run restaurant nearby. Very positive experience, would recommend further.

Review 89：Access to the apartments from the main road is a bit challenging. It isa very steep uphil road to the apartments, and if one is not use todriving on these narrow, steep roads it can be a challenge. Parking wasavailable on site, but again, it would be a challenge for NorthAmerican drivers, since there is a bit of skill needed to park intight, small spaces. Then again, driving on Korcula anywhere isdifferent, but still fun.

Review 90：We had a wonderful time at the apartment Grgic. The location is prettygood, about 10 minutes driving from Korcula town and it is pretty easyto find. Ljiljana was a wonderful host. She was helpful and friendly,gave us great restaurant suggestions, and she was right on the spot.Those local restaurants had wonderful fish dishes! She was knowledgableabout wineries as well, best beaches, etc. we are very grateful for allher help. She lives on site so it was reasonably easy to find heranytime if we needed anything. Our apartment had a nice view of the sea,2 balconies, ac worked well, but we didn't need it much. Nights werenice and cool on Korcula.There is a small grocery store just 3 minutes walk from the apartment as well. On our last night when we went to pay our bill , our host Ljiljana invited all of us into her apartment and we shared a nice glass of local wine and home made brandy and shared some nice conversation. She was truly a lovely host, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Review 102：My husband and I stayed for 11 days in one of the Studio apartments withour one-year old.The apartment was a good size with lovely sea views from the balcony. It was spotlessly clean and modern. The small kitchen area had enough equipment to make meals. Our apartment was also supplied with a cot and high chair, both in very good condition. The pool and external areas were also very well maintained. The setting for the apartment is a 10 min drive from Korčula so a car is very useful but there are two restaurants and a grocery shop very close by, and also a lovely beach bar about a 10 min walk away. It's a lovely peaceful location and a good base for exploring the island. Korčula town felt very accessible. The owner, Ljiljana, and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and help us out. They provided recommendations and practical advice, and couldn't have made us feel any more relaxed. I really can't recommend this apartment enough, would happily return.

Review 105：We had a fabulous week staying at the Grgic appartments. Lila the owner was an absolute star - so helpful and so kind - will help organise anything for you. The location was perfect - you do need to have transport to get around otherwise you will miss so much of this beautiful island - the views were breathe taking from our balcony and indeed anywhere we travelled around the island. After a day out on our motorbike we would relax around the pool back at Grgic and exchange our days findings with others staying there, who were also very nice and friendly. We will most definately go back next year.

Review 106：There is a short but very steep approach up to the appartments from the main road. If you have mobility problems you might have difficulty getting up there without a car.

Review 107：Friendly family run establishment on the side of a hill with pretty views of the bay. Nicely furnished, clean and spacious. We were collected from the ferry and returned to the port when we left. Buses to Korcula town stop at the bottom of the road 100 yards away (they are not that frequent and we walked to town along the coastal road in 45 minutes one day)
