Review 2：Everything! Beautiful location right on beach and 2 huge pools, great views from our huge room and friendly helpful staff. Dive centre in the hotel was amazing with diving right off the front of beach to the wreck and the dive masters were absolutely fantastic. We didn't want to leave! Excellent value for money, best place to stay!

Review 3：Small thing but the front office staff generally don't seem organised, this was our fourth stay and each time we have had problems with the final accounts at check out. Big problem with flies at the restaurant this stay (Dec/Jan) no insect repellent and the fans not working to keep the flies away.

Review 4：Perfect location for diving, literally a minutes walk to the start of the dive on the Liberty. Local dice staff are excellent. About 8 good local restaurants 5-10 minute walk. Great views, pool and grounds.

Review 5：Facilities in the delux room was dismal for the price. Water pressure of the shower was non existent and I totally detest the strong smell of the perfume they used to sprey on the towels and sheets. It was overpowering and nauseatingly strong

Review 7：The beauty of the set up. Two infinity pools, most rooms including ours, were overlooking the sea. Friendly staff and a good restaurant. The dive facility is on site and the Liberty wreck is right in front of the facility.

Review 8：No particularly. The louver did not work very well so my girlfriend was a little bit worry about privacy.

Review 9：1. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, which made us fairly welcomed. They would help you carry your luggages. 2.Inner environment was fabulous with two swimming pools, one facing the sea.(if I did not miss one.) 3.Second floor's view was breath-taking. You will not want to miss the sunrise. 4.Room was clean and huge with all facilities you need.

Review 10：We were shown to our room and weren't given a key. When they brought the key, the lock was faulty and we were unable to lock the unit. Staff member arrived to repair the door. The safe wasn't bolted to anything so could easily be carried off. Once again, the key didn't work on the safe and staff had to be called to fix this lock too No television of coffee making facilities. When showering, there was water pouring out the side of the door. The weren't any side lamps, only the main light so couldn't read in bed whilst partner slept. The curtains could shut across the width of the window and sliding door so little privacy Breakfast was a disaster. We had to ask staff for a menu, then tea/coffee/cutlery. Cups were cracked and dirty. Omelettes arrived with meat on the same plate even though no mention was made on said menu. As I'm vegetarian, I asked for a new omelette but suspect the omelette was simply moved to a new plate as it was cold. "Sandpit" in view from our balcony but mention in our booking that they were renovating etc. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and don't agree with the star rating given

Review 17：The hotel is very close to the liberty wreck dive site. It's practically few steps away from the beach. The swimming pools are nice and quite clean. The view to the sea and the Agung Mountain is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd like to visit them next year again.

Review 31：The hotel is next to the liberty wreck and has a excellent value dive centre that has got great staff and good kit. You only come to Tulamben to dive so what more could you want. However it also has beautiful grounds and an Infinity pool looking out to sea. Massive rooms, comfy bed and great value.

Review 38：The food. Very poor. Amazed that they were still trying to serve the same scrambled eggs at 10.45 that we tried to eat at 7.45! Blechhhh! Hot water pressure. There wasn't any! But that seemed to be a problem with just our unit and only really bad when they were watering the lawns, which was a couple of hours every morning and every evening!

Review 39：Big rooms. Huge bathrooms. Loved walking from the hotel room to the beach in my wetsuit, picking up a dive bottle on the beach, diving a fantastic WW2 wreck with heaps of marine life, then walking back to the hotel room and getting out of my wetsuit in the shower. Unique?

Review 40：- local dive center belongs to the hotel with the typical Indonesian "friendlyness" (but the dives were still good) - the (probably) new rooms in the back (next to second pool) were not very nicely decorated - rooms looked a bit empty - shower was in the bathtub without a curtain - so we had a third pool in the room after having a shower... maybe room wasnt finished yet.

Review 42：Booking.com advertise all rooms with TV, minibar and safe, the new rooms at back of the complex didn't have any of that, the picture on b..seemed to be rushed to get new part of the resort finished, with half the room empty. Don't think there was much thought into the whole design of the rooms, only to get them finished and occupied ?

Review 44：There could be a little bit more privacy. I was in a second floor room, and a little boy that was staying in the room next to mine kept coming on to my balcony. This could be easily fixed by actually fully dividing the two balconies. They should also consider putting in phone lines for the rooms so the front desk can be reached. The restaurant could also introduce a few more vegetarian options to the menu. I was limited to pasta, pizza or salad, which gets a little boring after a number of meals.

Review 45：The hotel rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable--I was quite impressed considering the price, and after some other not so positive experiences in other parts of Bali. Very helpful diving staff--they were attentive throughout the dives, and made it as smooth as possible getting in and out of the water (though this is tricky throughout the area as the shore is very rocky). Beautiful location with a view of the ocean and the volcano in the distance behind the resort.

Review 46：-nothing else to do if you're not diving -poor internet connection, even in communal areas -bathroom's floor towels looked very dirty -no double bed was provided as requested, but two adjacent single beds

Review 48：no wifi in our room, and the wifi in the restaurant was sub-par. No phone in the room so to get room service we had to walk down to the restaurant (sort of defeats the purpose). Lighting in the room was terrible. only options were all the lights on or all off, it seemed like the room was half finished. With a few more touches it could certainly be a 10++ hotel.

Review 49：Our room was upgraded from garden to sea view for free. Gorgeous view of the sea, but at quite a distance (if that's something that'd bother you). The staff were very friendly and helpful, truly professional. Included breakfast was excellent (as was all the food at the restaurant). Room was huge with a spectacular balcony.

Review 50：For the amount of money we have paid it was extremely overpriced. Room with no television and the wi-fi line was ridicolous. Complementary water only on arrival which is unacceptable, the food was inedible, most of the waiters didn't know anything about the menu and the person working at the reception told us that the television was provided only to higher level of rooms as the fridge. It was a shocking experience. There was no place to hang your towel in the bathroom, extremely inconvenient. I booked another hotel in Bumbak for half of what I paid at oceanview and you can't even compare the facilities (TV in the room wi-fi all day/night frigo bar in each room and complimentary water everyday in the room)I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 74：First morning at 8am we were surprised by bulldozers and constructionworkers. They were building new bungelows only 5 meters behind ourbungalow! We immediately complained to the manager and got a newbungalow more away from the noise. However it was still very noisyall the time.This construction work was not reported in our booking or while check in and we got no discount after we asked. If all the noise from the construction was not enough we also couldn't find some quiet and relaxing time in the restaurant which was nearby a small road to the beach. A very old and noisy motorbike drove continuous up and down the beach to bring and pick up dive tanks. In general it can be a quiet place but the owners find that apparently not important. Also there is a shortage of management. I haven't seen the manager leaving his office in all the days we were there.
