Niriedes Hotel sells fast on our site. Built on the rocks, Hotel Niriedes is just 300 feet from Sifnos’ cosmopolitan beach Platis Gialos. It features an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, a sea-view breakfast terrace and a small art gallery.

Review 1：very friendly owners, they give you all the tips you need to have a pleasent stay on this beautiful island great views from the balcony spacious rooms, you can really feel at home excellent breakfast, good mix of salty and sweet things, all local products. the yogurt is amazing
Review 2：This hotel is amazing! The owners are friendly, accessible, helpful and keep an amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and all offer an incredible view of the beach and sunset. The location is wonderful - steps to the beach and a short drive from the capital town (approx 10 min). Breakfast is also included - they serve so much that you won't need to eat until dinner! You must stay here if you visit Sifnos!

Review 4：Excellent location above the beach. Thanos and his wife are wonderful hosts and took care of every detail, from car hire to booking of restaurant visits and a great breakfast every morning. Great base to explore the island. Immaculately clean.
Review 5：Beware of the stairs. The hotel is built up on a hill and boasts an excellent view to the sea but the price to be paid is that one has to climb up a lot of stairs to reach the rooms especially the ones located in the upper levels.

Review 7：We loved our stay at Niriedes Hotel. The location was beautiful and the owner, Thanos, couldn't have been any more helpful or any nicer. He even served us breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time on our last day since we had to leave early to catch a ferry.

Review 12：There was nothing we didn't like. There is a drawback for people who cannot do steps, which would probably be an issue at any hotel on Sifnos since most hotels are built high up on the mountain sides. Note: room 101 has minimum steps.
Review 13：We were traveling with another couple, both of us were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversaries. I can speak for both us, we LOVED staying at Niriedes Hotel! The charm, the quaintness, the beauty, the rooms, patios and even lobby, made you want to move in and make it your home. Thanos was a great host, as well as was his wife, a very lovely couple. A bonus was the wonderful breakfast presented every morning, small coffee pot for your table, (refilled as often as you want), fresh tomoatoes, feta and their local cheese, yogurt, with or without fruit, honey, nuts, what ever you like. You can also order bacon and eggs, cooked however you want. All bases were covered. The best though was the bread/roll basket and a large plate of fresh pastries delivered daily from Thanos' wife's father's BAKERY! On one of our daily drives we visited his bakery, one you do not want to miss! After long days enjoying our time on beeches we went back to the hotel to sit on the terrace, sipping on a nice cocktail made by Thanos. There is nothing you are wanting for here. Thanos arranged before hand a car for us that we picked up from the port and sent us directions to the hotel. I would recommend having a car to drive to other areas and beeches. We would go back if only so we could stay at the Niriedes Hotel!

Review 15：The hotel reflects the proper definition of a 'boutique hotel'. Magnificent view, high standards of services provided, a real good choice for holidays. Its family nature allows a feeling of 'home' although you are in a hotel. I will come back.

Review 32：somehow my wife got a melancholic feel from the hotel straight away, a feel which lasted and even became stronger through the 5 days we've been there. I personaly didn't mind that very much but i can understand how she got that, because the hotel is a bit like a castle, dim, up on the hill a little isolated, big stoney design...

Review 34：The only drawback - and this won't be a bother to everyone - is that the hotel requires a lot of climbing. Even if you have a car and drive to the parking lot, there are several stairs to climb to the reception, and up to two or three dozen more to get to your room (depending on which level the room is on). If you are not in good physical shape, something at beach level would be more appropriate - although you'd miss that magnificent view.

Review 38：The suite was a charming and cozy sea cottage overlooking Aegean. Every aspect of the hotel was beautifully done, from décor to the delicious food and presentation. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone. The owner Thanos takes great pride in offering his guests the best quality of service, accommodations and experience possible.
Review 39：The beach suffers from wind/sea erosion with pebbles taking over the beach but this doesnt happen every year. It did this year and whilst we were there sand was being excavated and pumped back onto the beach and by the time we left the beach had been re made! We were fascinated watching the process every day during our 6 day stay but were able to swim off rocks at Lazarou Taverna, just around the corner from Platis beach, or drive to Yathi beach which was excellent.So actually this comment is not a dlslike at all - more an observation of the elements!
Review 40：The location of Niriedes hotel - being several steps up from the beach commands a wonderful view of Platis Yialos. Accessing by the road meant less steps but both very easy to negotiate. Our host Thanos speaks perfect English and is very happy to point out locations to visit either by bus or car hire - we did both. He is very knowledgeable about his island and both he & his wife are delightful and happy to engage with their guests -nothing is too much trouble.The breakfasts were delicious. We ate out every night at places mainly recommended by Thanos. Some very good eating places!
