Review 1：- Live bands from upstairs can be heard clearly and very noisy with the hits of drums. - House keeping a bit slow till I call the receptionists up many times asking them to come over to makeup my room - I requested double-bed room from booking.com online, but they gave us twin-bed room, really disappointed.

Review 2：- comfort bed & pillows and nice & spacious room - it was superb. Never stayed in a hotel with bolsters provided, so this was a fantastic experience for all of us - nice sunset view from the swimming pool

Review 3：1. Dirty plates of my room-service were neglected outside my door for 3 days. No staff take it / clean it. 2. It took 2 days to get my laundry back. 3. Lack hospitality from the restaurant staff. No greeting / smile
