Reviews for Hotel Estia
Review 1:Beautiful, spotless good-sized room. Balcony at the front with view towards the sea - just... Perfect for sampling the very many excellent local wines. Very peaceful and quiet, just the gentle trickling of the impressive water-feature below. 2 minute walk to nearest taverna and the beach. A top find - recommended.
Review 2:Not a problem for us, but be warned, there are a lot of steps up to the hotel.
Review 3:Fantastic hotel. Lovely, modern spacious rooms, warm welcome and helpful staff. Great location near the beach and centre of the village, yet very quiet. The views really are as good as the photos from the terrace! Will definitely stay here again.
Review 4:All the hotel staff were so extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic facilities, location and views. A lovely family run hotel, which creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Would completely recommend staying here.
Review 5:Although we have lived in Greece for a long time, this was by far the most professionally run hotel, making this holiday fantastic. The rooms including their bathrooms are modern, well kept, functional and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and fluent in English. My wife especially enjoyed the yoga class which was organised by the hotel, in their spa and gym facilities. The hotel is very close to the beach (3 minute walk). The village itself is lovely and everything you might need as a tourist is close by. WELL DONE!! and thank you for a lovely holiday.
Review 6:Not a thing.
Review 7:Free sofa bed for children. Staff all very fluent in English and friendly. Owner (possibly a Canandian Expat himself) knows everything about the area and extremely helpful.
Review 8:Very uncomfortable pillows. The room was adjacent to some private home and the rooster could be very clearly heard at 4-5 am every morning.
Review 9:Free wifi, friendly staff, beatiful location, clear sea and most importantly beach suitable for small kids. It was a bit hot for us as we came in early August, but the air conditioner worked well and my baby slept in tge room during the hot hours of the day.
Review 10:Car parking was difficult and a long way from our room. No view to the ocean. Plastised mattress cover was hot and sweaty and the soft bed made sleeping difficult.
Review 11:Apartments are new and fresh.
Review 12:A fantastic stay in a large Studio that had large comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom with a bath and shower. With out doubt it is the best studio accomodation we have had in Greece. Hotel Estia together with Finikounda provide a marvellous place for a truly relaxing holiday.
Review 13:No elevator in hotel, view from back balcony overlooking pool of next door hotel but not necessarily unpleasant as fairly quiet and balcony doors have fair noise insulation.
Review 14:Quality of rooms superb and large, furnishings very good, staff very friendly and helpful, hoteliers very nice and good fun to talk to. Bathroom very clean and well equipped. View of the sea from common balcony excellent (shared with 3 other rooms), bar area very pleasant, there is even a high power telescope to view the stars. Location fantastic and surrounding village has all the amenities and a really good beach with cafes and restaurants, all 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Wifi connectivity good.
Review 15:Wi-fi had problems, but I never complained so how could they know… On our checkout they asked me, I told them, and they immediately sent technician to fix it so there wouldn’t be any problem for the next guest. There should have been a pool (even a small one) and a small elevator. Parking had some problems but it was more of a town problem rather than the hotel.
Review 16:I have never experienced such a service in a small hotel. The truth is that I have never experienced such a service in any hotel (and I’ve been in several 5 star around the world). The moment I asked for something, within next 5 minutes it was in my door! Location was perfect. Only 2 minutes from the beach, but not on it where there was too much noise.
Review 17:Everything, really everything. Because the owners of the hotel arestunning people who always try to do their best for the guests. Andthe terrace... It is something that takes youe breath away :)) loveyou, guys! :))
Review 18:We had a great stay at the Estia. The hosts are the best, very friendly and helpful with info about the area. Facilities are spotless and attention to detail shows in the rooms and grounds. Breakfast is excellent served on the upstairs deck which has beautiful water views. Highly recommend to all.

Review 26:Nice view, Clean, very good wi-fi, big beds, friendly staff
Review 27:Parking needs improvement
Review 28:Nice hotel, very good general impression, will use it again.
Review 29:Parking for a car is difficult and more space is needed if possible
Review 30:Could improve the quality of the pillows.
Review 31:Friendly and professional approach by the owners. Excellent standards of housekeeping. Linen and towels changed every 3rd day or more often on request. Great views from balcony. Quiet and efficient air con included in room rate and also a safe. Lovely spacious and well equipped bathroom. Small kitchenette suitable for preparing basic meals. Good location at quiet end of the village yet within a few minutes walk of all amenities. 3/4 nice beaches within 30 minutes walking distance, nearest beach being only 2 minutes away. Good wifi reception in studio.
Review 32:Rooms near reception very noisy in the mornings - No view or pool
Review 33:Staff were very nice and very helpful - rooms spacious and comfortable and well equiped
Review 34:From my first day in this lovely hotel, I felt at home. I liked everything: spacious rooms, decorated in a modern Mediterranean design, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, amazing garden with a variety of plants, herbs and flowers. Hotel is located in a small nice village, very near to the beach and surrounded by olive gardens. Special thanx to very friendly owners Stavroula and Glen also Iota and helpful staff. Having been to Greece many times this is by far the best accomodation I have stayed in.
Review 35:Parking space for cars is very limited but it is the same for all the hotels as the village is very little and the roads the same
Review 36:the owners and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helped us to find some little beaches where we wanted to go, as there are not many indications on the roads. We had a room with a big queen bed + 1 sofa bed for the kids which was very large, but they have to show you how to open it properly !! Breakfast is not included but they serve it on the terrace on request and I suggest it to everybody, prices are reasonable and quality is very good. I suggest not to stay on the beach in front of the hotel but to go and see the others which are quite near, they are much better. From the hotel it is 2 min easy walk to reach the village with all the tavernas and bars
Review 37:Slow breakfast service
Review 38:Serviceminded staff Spacious rooms New and modern Location Quality of breakfast
Review 39:The owners are such a friendly fun couple.Having been to Greece manytimes this is by far the best accomodation we have stayed in.
