Review 1：The choise of food at breakfast was very limited choice. Lack of elevator. The air conditioner in our room was switched off. But it made a strange disturbing noise all the time. We asked to move to another room but our request was not granted.

Review 3：Great hotel in a gem of a town. We found the quietness of Tisno soothing after a couple of days in the tourist hotspots. Great stay! In himdsight, we sould have extended our stay.

Review 4：The quality of the rooms was great, in particular, the air-con which was a welcome surprise and one that saved our trip. All staff were very polite and very helpful. I especially enjoyed being able to wake up, walk straight out of the hotel and dive in the sea, perfect location.

Review 9：There isn't a lift at this hotel so carrying our heavy bags upstairs was difficult. However, the view at the top more than made up for this.

Review 10：We had a lovely view over the bay and village. The hotel is simple but very comfortable and welcoming. The portions at the restaurant are enormous!

Review 12：Everything was more than fine. We took three days half board, dinner was excellent, plenty of food, portions are really big, waiter was very professional. Internet connection also was very good, everything was clean. This hotel is definitely for recommend.

Review 13：1. The hotel is up for sale and the owner does not live on site. Only the owner can make decisions. 2. Getting a parking fine because at check-in no one mentioned the free parking permit provided by the hotel - and then after the fine being given the wrong permit. 3. Not being able to check out after breakfast until the owner arrived. We had to wait 25 minutes (despite the promise of "5 minutes") delaying our long car journey. 4. Being insulted and shouted at by the owner when he did arrive.

Review 14：1. The location overlooking the sea- even though on the top floor the view was obscured by the high balcony (not a problem on lower floors) 2. The excellent restaurant next door- Antonio's- which has excellent service, good food and fair prices.

Review 17：It would be good to access the wifi from our room, but I was with a friend so it was actually nice for us to sit in the courtyard and check email there : ) By doing this we actually met people and got to hear about all the cool beach spots or tours to do in the area.

Review 18：The manager Ivica was so helpful and amazing with any request we had! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The view from our room balcony was beautiful I don't think the photos do it justice. I was sick on the last two days there and Ivica and his staff really looked after me and made sure I was ok. The breakfast is basic but really yummy, they will even cook your eggs any way you like them : ). Actually all the meals we had there were great! The beds are comfy, we were meant to go to Pag Island for a couple of days and but we loved it so much here we decided to stay. I also left my necklace in the room when we left to come back to Australia and Ivica got in touch and posted it to me. We stayed for a week and I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Croatia, would highly recommend this place, it was awesome!

Review 19：Small and nice hotel in a wonderfull position in front of the sea that you can see from every room's balcony. Quite place with no noise and just 5 minutes from Tisno Center by foot. Very clean rooms! Ivica, the hotel manager is very very nice, a kind person and will always give you the best tips and informations about visiting cities and other places.

The managetr went out of his way to help us, and when we needed an early breakfast because of an outing, we got the whole lot, an hour earlier than the normal schedule. The room was lovely, the location is excellent, and Tisno is generally a lovely place to stay. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

Review 24：Nice location in front of the sea and a walking distance to the center of Tisno. The staff was great and helpful. There's a nice beach in a camping place around 10 min walking, ideal to go with kids.

Review 27：This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Me and my friends came for the Garden Festival. As soon as we arrived the staff were on hand to help, with suitcases, taxis, food everything! Breakfast was delicious, fresh bread every day, and even made me poached eggs when they didnt know what they were!! The completely went out of their way to help and even left our room clean (which was almost every day for 10 days including clean towels) until the afternoon as we were at the festival until early morning! I absolutely 100% recommend this friendly gorgeous hotel and will be coming back to stay next year!!!

Review 30：What a wonderful Hotel in the beautiful town of Tisno. Me and my twin brother booked the hotel as we were going to the Garden Festival in Tisno and the hotel is ideally situated approximately 1 mile from the festival site. I have stayed in many hotels, from luxury boutique hotels to basic ones on a budget in different countries and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such kind, friendly and honest service. The manager Ivica is a diamond, he booked taxis for us every day, he booked excursions and he made us and every other guest during our stay feel part of his family and because of this we also forged friends with others at the hotel. He also always gave sound, honest advice about the surrounding area, good restaurants to eat at and looked after me all week when I ripped the tendons in my leg which I thought would ruin my holiday. The other staff at the hotel are fantastic too and as the hotel has only 15 rooms, all of which have a balcony and sea view, so you don't have to worry about getting a bad room. Whilst at the hotel, at the request of other guests he arranged for the chef to buy 2kg of lamb and cooked a feast to celebrate the birthday of some German guests we became friends with. He only charged us for the cost of the produce and made special starters for us which included local produce - we were absolutely bowled over by how well he managed the hotel but also how relaxed he made us all feel from the moment we stepped through the door. Everything we needed to know about the hotel was explained briefly and efficiently and despite a bad injury that limited the time I could spend at the festival I have never had so much fun and felt so welcome anywhere else.The food at the restaurant was as good as anywhere else we ate whilst on holiday and certainly on a par with other better rated restaurants in the town. As the hotel is new the room we stayed in was newly decorated and clean and was cleaned immaculately every day.

Review 33：We loved staying at the hotel; the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. After a two night stay it felt as if we were leaving friends behind as they were so lovely. Our room was superbly clean, with an amazing view, just as the photographs show. Tisno is charming and relatively undiscovered, but there is enough going on to keep entertained, with beautiful beaches, coastline and countryside close by. Thanks to Hotel Plava Laguna staff for such a warm welcome, their kindness, jokes and excellent service! Croatia is a special place and this little gem in Dalmatia is worth a visit.
