Review 1：staff extremely friendly and kind. Nothing was too much. The breakfast was incredible.There were free organised hikes. The hotel is in an area which has access to many possibilities. A very good place to stay.
Review 2：Excellent welcome, staff very friendly, spot on breakfast buffet, ideally located for getting around the area and up the Alpendorf Gondola and exploring the summer scenery and alms.
Review 3：Mattress was a little soft, only one pillow for your head. Two names for your hotel, Aktivhotel name is not on building just says Hotel Alpendorf. Confusing for travelers looking for your place - should choose one or the other and not both.

Review 5：No air conditioning in room - we were there during a heatwave so it was a little uncomfortable. Staff has limited English - but that was good for testing out our limited German!

Review 9：If you are an American expect bad service and and an attitude. We are far from picky travelers and have traveled extensively throughout the world to include multiple stays in Alpendorf, be it at another lodge, but we never felt welcome the whole time at the Hotel Alpendorf. My daughters, ages 12 and 9, even commented on the rudeness. Sad, could be a great place.

Review 11：A dream location We spend part of our honeymoon there almost 6 years ago. It was wonderful then and there was a risk it won’t live up to our memories but it did and has even improved. The view from the room was wonderful, the room was spotlessly clean and the food was wonderful. To top it off the staff are friendly and polite. Well positioned for skiing and walking.
Review 12：Everithing was great, but the real surprise was the restaurant, where we had the bst meal of our trip to Austria, and we have been sampling a lot of good restaurants in our way.
Review 13：Everything...the quality, the service, the friendliness and the care the staff took to make sure we were looked after was exceptional. The variety and standard of food was superb and the facilities in the hotel were some of the best I have witnessed anywhere in the world. On top of this is the perfect location, next to the gondola and within a short distance of the rest of the village. We could not fault the Hotel Alpendorf in anyway. Four stars is not enough for this wonderful hotel.
