Review 1：Actually nothing, maybe coffee coming with the breakfast was very bad and there was no draft beer in the bar, but all in all, these are minor issues

Review 4：Like all old city hotels, you can't just drive up to the front door to drop off your suitcase. But....Boris the barman came to the rescue and helped show us where to park and lugged the heavy suitcase in for us. Thanks Boris. ...I should have given you a bigger tip.

Review 5：Staff super friendly. Room very clean, comfortable and beautifuly decorated. Wifi worked well (often a pet peeve for me when it doesn't ). I think we paid about 85€, which seemed like a great price for a very classy hotel.

Review 6：This hotel is very poor value for money and ridiculously over-priced for what you get. Although the web site features what looks like luxury it is far from that. The wardrobe was too small to hang our clothes. It has no facilities (like a lounge or bar) just a basic cafe which is also where breakfast is eaten. There seem to be no staff to provide services, other than the receptionist, and when I asked for an iron I was told it was not allowed. The breakfast is appalling for the price the hotel is charging for its accommodation; there was no service at all, not even coffee (that came from a self-service machine), no hot options (not even eggs) and the choice and quality of the food on offer was poor. It was like the continental breakfast you get in a budget hotel chain (UK comparison- not even as good as a Premier Inn). We complained that the standard was not good enough for the price we paid and this didn't seem to come as a surprise to the member of staff. Despite the location I would not stay there again - we deliberately booked it for luxury (the price was similar to many 4 star hotels in London) and we felt ripped off!

Review 7：The location is excellent; very convenient for all the historical sights in Sibenik and also for restaurants and shops. Although the hotel is centrally located it was not noisy. The room was nice; attractively decorated, good quality beds and linen, excellent shower and air conditioning (which was essential). Our room was a superior double and so was large enough but I suspect an ordinary double would be small. The one member of staff (receptionist) was always friendly. The booking included free parking at a nearby location (as no cars are allowed in the historic centre).

Review 8：Carrying bags from the parking, up the numerous steps from the marina, without any assistance from hotel staff. Also only contental buffet breakfast available, not cooked breakfast, but was very nice anyway!

Review 16：Everything was perfect. We went there without our children for chill out. Perfect location. Altough its in the historical center of Sibenik, there is perfect silence inside. There is no noise, perfect for relaxing. Comfortable bed and rooom, very unique mix of history and modern design. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. There is a cake-shop as the part of the hotel, with wide variety of cakes. We could discover Sibenik and sorrounding and we loved it. It was our best holiday ever in Croatia. Parking place is 5 minutes by walk, but in the port in a very safety area. Altough the parking place was always full, they reserved the places for the hotel guests.

Review 21：The fit out of the hotel was beautiful. It was an excellent renovation of a 500 year old building in the renaissance style but with all the modern conveniences. It is a boutique hotel and therefore there is a real focus on customer service. All of the staff including the owner were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our stay was quite magical!
