Review 1：The bed was not a twin/queen bed but two single beds put next to eachother. They might have been joined by a coversheet so that they do noy drift apart. :)

Review 3：Not negative feedback just sharing; Managing to car parking is not easy. Evert time we need to lock and relock. Why if the space is dedicated to room, we need to lock. Bathroom is so tight compare to the room. Be also aware that you can not swim in front of the hotel.

Review 9：- Great communication and organization skills of Giorgos and his willingness to help anytime. We had our rental car ready before we got there, with a lower price than normal, thanks to him, and he replied back almost instantly to all my questions about even smallest details. - Caity informed us everything about the island, marking on a map and supporting with visuals. She is an amazing guide. Thanks to her, we knew where to go or what to see. - The room was perfect, airy, bright, clean, including everything we needed. We liked kitchen facility the most, it was good to prepare breakfast (or other meals) with the stuff we could buy from small stores just next to the hotel. - The island is amazing. Sea, beaches and food are great. Seafront made our Chios experience a lot better. Giorgos and Caity, thank you for everything...

Review 10：It's a bit far away from city center.By car,no problem.But By feet, the coast road seems a bit dangerous. It's better to rent a car ;)

Review 11：Everything was so nice. The room was fresh and wide. The bed was so comfortable that instead of going out,we found ourselves sleeping during the day :) Actually it's a disadvantage :D Because just 2 timutes away, there is a blue flag beach (but remember that it's not sand) Personnels were so friendly, we got all info we needed;)

Review 14：When we arrived at the hotel to check in , the rooms we had prebooked from 'Booking.com' had been soled off by the manager. As an excuse for selling the rooms they told us that our credit cards were not valid eventhough it had no problems. To make the situation better they told us they had an alternative option.This was to stay at the managers own villa. We were ensured that the villa would be worth more than what we were paying and that it was better then a five stared hotel. Since we were only staying one night and did not want to waste anymore time arranging hotels we agreed to stay at the villa. Whilst waiting for the villa to be prepared and ready for us to stay, they sent us one hour up north to a non-touristic beach which was not attractive and had a dirty sea. After the horrible expirience at the beach we came back with high expectations that the villa would be better. However the villa was dirty, covered in a thick layer of dust and looked abandoned. We were very dissapointed .The bathrooms were filthy and walls of dust.The funny side was that they had prepared the dinner table when there wasnt even sachets of tea or coffee which are usually provided even in the smallest cheapest hotels. They should be thankful we didnt do the Greek tradition of smashing plates!

Review 17：This is a family hotel and owners of it are very kind and helpful people.We stayed 1 night, but they treat us like we are in a long stay. Bed is quite good, there is air conditioner and ventilator in the room. Also hotel has private parking area for every room.

Review 19：Giorgos and his mother are really helpful and kind. The room is very very comfortable and it has a tasteful decoration. It has a special parking place which is a value in the island.

Review 20：No bad experiences just a word of advice that the walk into Chios town is a long one! It's around 2.5 km and took us about 35 mins. It's not an unpleasant walk but just quite a long walk back after some local wine! Taxis are readily available though and cost between €4-6 each way depending on the time of journey.

Review 21：Really enjoyed our stay at the sea front studio apartments. The owners were extremely welcoming and very helpful regarding what to see/do on the islands. The rooms were a good size, and cleaned everyday. There was readily available free wifi in the room.

Review 28：We stayed one night. Giorgos and his family are extraordinary people. They made us feel like our home. The room is very comfortable, big with excellent taste and very clean. It has everything from fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and even Turkish tv channels. The hotel is new, less than 2 years old operating and the area is calm just 5 minutes away for the port where there is much noise. There is private parking for all the clients with is so important because inside the town it is almost impossible to find. Also there is an organized beach 50m away and there is a groceries shop as well a mini market in front of the Hotel. The owners explained to us everything about the island, where to go for sightseeing, not just the very touristic areas. They even made us a plan. We will come back soon! Thank you for everything. I am 6 months pregnant and slept like a baby during my stay. The town center was a nice 25 minutes walk from the hotel. We had great time in Chios and at the Seafront studios. We strongly recommend it!

Review 39：The rooms have no windows that open - we slept with the door open for fresh air but this made it noisy to the late night guests walking along the verandas. AC is the only option, which I am never keen on.

Review 40：The owner of this hotel - Georgios, is one of the most helpful and friendly hoteliers we've come across. We had just a few days in Chios and wanted to make the most of our time. Georgios organised a car to the door and suggested places to go based on what we said we were interested in. He gave us good tips on isolated beaches and local customs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with the biggest bed we've had on our travels. Very comfortable.

Review 41：The hotel is in a very good location, it is close to the center(5 min with car) and the hosts are very hospital. They provided us excellent information about small towns, restaurants and sea in the island. The rooms of the hotel are clean and quite big with balconies. The nice decoration of the rooms is another plus.

Review 46：The personnel was great. They took us from the port when we arrived. We seren't expecting it and was a great surprise. They also helped us on almost everything. There is a small beach and a bus stop very close to Seafront. Location is okay city centre is not far. You can take the bus to go to city centre or you can walk it takes about thirty minutes.

Review 101：Without a car, it may be hard to reach the hotel. Of course, this is not specific to this hotel but to the whole island.

He as a local gave us good recommendations of what to do and where to eat on the island. Although we had a rough plan already, we especially enjoyed his restaurant and beach recommendations.

Review 103：My husband and I visited Seafront Studios 2 weeks ago. Along its perfect sea view, it is only a 20 minutes walk to the Chios Center. İt has been newly decorated hence every furniture in our room was as if it was newly bought. The owners are so friendly. We highly recommend Seafront Hotels.
