Review 1：The heating was sporadic sometimes on sometimes not. One night i slept in horrendous heat the next couple of nights it was exceptionally cold. The breakfast I didn't bother.
Review 2：It was clean. The staff were pleasent on my arrival and I never saw them again. The room I had was large. It is a new venture for them and the cost is about right for the venue. Location good for the shops and cinema. The on street (limited) parking is free if you can find a spot after 6pm
Review 3：Excellent value for money! The room and bathroom were very large, clean, modern and comfortable. Myself and my little girl were made to feel so welcome from the minute we walked in. Thank you and you will definitely see you again!
Review 4：Room could have done with a dressing table,mirror,stool for ladies to get ready possibly hair dryer as lots of space in room not being used to full potential,mains aerial for TV signal as was poor possible thicker curtains n small blind to cover box window ,no lamp shade ,could do with stating on website that it is continental breakfast although was nice,as this is a new venture for the owners you can see that they are making the effort to make your stay a welcome one and are refurbishing the pub part of building which sounds like it will be great when finished .
Review 5：Nice owners very pleasant and helpful,showed us to our room on arrival,room and bathroom very clean and lovley comfy bed nice location within walking distance of town centre and beach .breakfast was continental self serve good choice of cereal,pastries etc would stay again .

Review 8：It takes some skill to adapt the shower water temperature to the right level. The indicator on the knob is a bit confusing. But it's a miniscule item on a great night's stay overall.
Review 9：Very friendly and helpful staff. More or less custom breakfast which we enjoyed a lot. Not super luxurious, but new and clean environment, good beds. Once checked in every guest gets a key of the front door and can then go out and re-enter when you want which is great! Just what we needed for a short stay.
