Review 1：Wi-Fi must be everywhere at the hotel with strong signal and free of charge. Internet is not luxury, need.

Review 2：Staff was very helpful, friendly and smiling. All meals at the main restaurant were nice. Everybody must try Alacarte restaurants also. Our waiter and friend:) Giorgios was wonderful. We will try other MITSIS Hotels in Rhodos and on the other islands as we can.

Review 3：The Staff: 1 Star After staying at the hotel for 5 days and having digested nothing other than what the hotel supplied, I became violently ill. To the point I had to be taken to the Rhodes Emergency Room. The doctor there said that it was due to the food. When the manager was presented with this information, she argued and needed to consult the in house physician. Where was this physician at two in the morning when I was violently ill, why did they call a taxi to the ER if they had an in house physician?? Not once did anyone apologize to us, in fact the staff seemed to stay away from us entirely the rest of the stay. The worst part was when they asked for me to remain in my room so not to get any other people sick. The hotel later argued that I had sun poisoning and it couldn’t possibly be the food. This was completely untrue it was due to the food! Honestly, if at least one staff member was kind about the situation and tried to accommodate us since we wouldn’t eat the rest of the time there things would have been fine. Instead they were rude, unaccommodating and uncaring. When you’re in the customer service business you need to be there for your costumers or you will get a bad reputation.

Review 4：The Hotel: 4 Star Appearances The hotel is very clean; you will constantly see cleaning crew throughout the day. With that said it does take them a long time to clean each room every day. Sometimes we wouldn’t have our room cleaned until 3pm, not a big deal. They have beach towels to rent which was very convenient. Also, we had a room connected to a private pool which was heaven. The restaurants are a lot better than the daily buffet. As for the noise in the hotel that was another issue, children running and screaming in the hallways as all hours of the day/night. Maybe put some carpet in the hallways to help decreasing the amount of echoing.
