Review 1：The only thing that could be difficult in the winter is that the apartment is located at the top of a very long hill. Our old van had to work hard to get all 8 of us and our luggage up the hill. :)
Review 2：Excellent hosts that brought us homemade treats since it was Christmas-time. Beautifully decorated for the season. We had our parents, plus our 3 children and a dog, and we all fit very comfortably. Free parking, free wifi. Beautiful view and location. The hosts even mailed us forgotten items!
Review 3：The house is perfectly located is a small village facing the mountains. The atmosphere of a rural village with farms is just amazing. When we arrived our host kindly showed us the whole apartment, which is fantastic by the way. Everything was well organize, very practical, quite, extremely clean, nicely decorated. The apartment is huge, with 4 big rooms and spacious living room, balcony and bathroom. Perfect for groups of friends or family traveling to enjoy the Tyrol region. The place is only 15min by car from Innsbruck city center, very convenient. Our host Renate is a fantastic person, very gentle and specially very helpful. She gave us suggestions on what to do on the surroundings and restaurants tips. And on top of all that price was really good!
Review 4：The fields, the farms, the animals, the mountains... If the sky is clear at night you can experience a spectacular stellar performance. Renate was a very kind host. She gave us a warm welcome and made sure that our stance was comfortable.
Review 5：nothing. only advice - you need some sort of transport to really enjoy your stay as this is in the hills - outside Innsbruck - which takes around 20 - 25 minutes to reach by car.
Review 6：Almost everything. The owner Renate is a gem. She is warm and helpful. She helped us out with eggs and bread and a whole lot of other things as we landed up on a Sunday without any grocery. she also helped us out by paying a parking fine at a local bank so that it would save us the hassle. the apartment is beautiful. it has everything . the location is picture pretty. we wished we could have stayed for a week. we would have been completely rejuvenated.
Review 7：One bath and toilet for 4 bedrooms. Don't like to share so this was a compromise.
Review 8：Everything about the place. Beautiful house beautiful and friendly hosts and perfectly located in the Alps. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Renate, the hostess also baked cake for us. I think that's genuine warmth extended by them.

Review 10：The kindess of Renate (the owner), the beautiful view, the peacefulness, the comfort and cleaness of the huge appartment. We arrived on a Sunday and all the shops were closed. Renate gave us fruit, cakes, and fresh bread for the morning, all of this with a very kind smile. We would love to return there, do not miss the chance of staying there!
