Review 1：It was extremely hot inside the room, we even had to open our balcony door in the heart of the winter from some freshness.
Review 2：The location is right in the city center of Serfaus and just five minutes walk away from the cable cars.
Review 3：The absence of the receptionist at the check in, which resulted in the waitress assisting us with that. The long and complicated way of going from the rooms to the breakfast and the ski rooms was not adding to the positive experience. The room and facilities there were pretty basic with no fridge, etc.
Review 4：The location is very central in the village and it is easy to walk to the ski lifts. Seemingly sauna area is good though we were not using it. Breakfast availability was very much appreciated. The staff was very helpful, especially I want to note the efforts of the waitress of the Hungarian origin, who was in the absence of the receptionist also checking us in.
Review 5：We asked for a silent room but they gave us a room at ground floor, at the beginning of the corridor and stictch to the elevator! All kind of little noises we heard, and it was difficult to relax.

Review 15：I was forced to change room during my weekend holiday due to staff mistake. They needed to arrange a room for frequent guests and I needed to move from the room. I was so disappointed since it was saturday afternoon, I needed to pack all my stuff etc. and my dinner was postponed.
