Review 1：The service system at the hotel restaurant requires that you are served by the same waiter. This is annoying because you cannot choose where to sit for breakfast and when we sat at the "wrong" table the waiter told us to move and this started an unpleasant argument that made us very upset. To my opinion this system is made to lead you to tip the waiter that serves you with coffee and juice although this is normally an unnecessary service in a buffet breakfast. The hotel has a free parking limited to about 16 cars. The wireless internet is free but with a user name and a code that requires you to log-in every time you use your smartphone or tablet . I had to log-in more that ten times a day which is quite annoying. During the check-in the receptionist did not provide the log-in password and made me waste much energy to find out that although the Wi-Fi reception is strong, connection is unavailable without logging-in.

Review 2：The hotel is pleasant, well maintained , It has a private beach with a bar, and a passage way to the neighbouring hotel which belongs to the same hotel network, that allowed us to enjoy their animation team in the evening. The hot buffet breakfast was rich with plenty of tasty food. The best thing for us was that there were only adult guests!

Review 3：1. The dinner was below expectation, desserts from the 80th. Don't reserve it there are great Taverns in the area. 2. Smoking in public areas. 3. We ordered a double bed and got two singles that were joined together. According to the staff there are no double bed in this hotel.

Review 5：Close the pool and other facilities at 6:00 PM is too early . My recommendation is to change the time to be " till 8:00 PM the sun set time "

Review 9：1) Water and juices not available at breakfast...only under request Given glass by glass.....very strange! 2) Wifi available only in the lobby. 3) Sand of the hotel beach full of stones, flip flop it's a mandatory.

Review 10：Great food and location very close to the main city...just 12km away and simply reachable by car which can be rented directly in hotel at very good rates. Great beaches around...just 3/4 km away like the amazing Ladico Bay.

Review 12：Located far from city center (15 min drive by car). Require to rent a car. Stony beach. If you drink tea at the berakfast, you'll have trouble. Every morning (for 5 days) we ordered tea to the same stuff, and he always asked again that we want tea or not, interesting.

Review 13：The breakfast has varied selections. Located close to the beach, it has own beach. Floating tubes in the pool are interesting and fun.Overall the hotel is good.

Review 14：the location of the hotel is to crowded, there are a lot of hotel sites near that region this means that it is a little bit hard to find a quite and relaxing place. If you prefer this hotel it is really required to rent a car because reaching to beatiful beaches is really hard without car.

Review 15：This hotel have a good service quality. The cleanness of the rooms are at the standart levels. By the way, the breakfast is superb and it has a varried assortment. The distance to beach is to short to walk approximatley 50 meters.

Review 16：No wifi in the rooms, only near the lobby and also there - internet is s-l-o-w. You have the option to get a LAN cable to use inside the room, but it is useless for mobile phones Also, only 2 elevators service 7 floors and dozens of rooms, so most likely you will use the stairs.

Review 17：Great hotel with private beach. Location is OK only if you have a car. Breakfast and dinners was excellent! Huge buffet with all you can think of Very friendly staff and room was clean

Review 18：First thing we noticed was the absence of double rooms. When one asks for a double bed, it ends up being two single beds put together. To make things worse - beds tend to roll away from each other during the night. Elevators in the hotel are pathetic, extremely slow, and if you are not located on top floors, may we suggest you take a walk up or down the stairs. The main reason we chose this hotel was the fact it was located right at the beach. This ended up being a mistake, as the beach is quite bad, with huge stones in the water and industrial-looking sand and medium stones at the beach.

Review 19：This is generally a good hotel with excellent facilities, located right at the beach. Breakfast selection was great. This might be a perfect choice for elderly couples and families with small children, thanks to extensive facilities.

Review 20：Our room 676 was too noisy because of some machines working 24/7 in front of our windows! The fitness didn't had enough machines. The beach was with rocks and no sand - really hard to walk over it. The Wi-Fi INTERNET was available only at reception, which is really poor. It should be free in all the hotel especially on the beach and restaurants.

Review 22：along with the good stuff, there are some bad stuff to say: 1- we asked for a twin bed and got 2 single beds combined. the beds sometimes separated from each other 2- we took the sea-view room. the view is great and worth the money. the down side is that they have a dance party everyday until 11PM , and the noise gave me hard time to sleep. 3- there are no "low price" restaurant near by the hotel. it has 1 or 2 very good restaurant inside, but if you would like to enjoy a 2$ Gyros or Suvlaki, you won't find it there. 4- it might look like the hotel is in Faliraki, but actually it is 10 minutes with the bus until you get to the center of Faliraki. in the center you will find tones of restaurants, dance clubs, bars and more.

Review 23：overall the hotel is really good. looks like a 5* hotels at first glance. the floating tubes in the pool is real fun. breakfast was great, the hotel is clean and has its own beach. also there is a bus station right next to the hotel which is convenient . it has a supermarket inside (pretty expensive, though), a spa and a jim. the guests are mostly russian and german, very polite, very quiet.

Review 24：Great for families or anyone wanting to relax. Car hire available on site. There is a local bus for Rhodes town if you don't have a car. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Review 25：the receptionist who welcomes us is so rude . location is not great 20 min to old town. The water in the bathroom is salty and I couldnt brush my teeth. Minibar is empty

Review 26：Nonfriendly staff (ladies) at the reception. They behaved as they were doing a great favour. At the end when we were leaving the hotel early in the morning - at 7 a.m. they refused us a breakfast or just some food to take away at 6.50, though it was paied and everything in the restaurant was prepaired for the guests. Nearby the hotel you will find only a water park, a few attractions and few shops. So if you want to have some entertainments in the eveninig you have to take a car, taxi or bus to go somewhere else.

Review 27：The hotel is situated near the beach. A very good restaurant Zephyros within the area of the hotel. Always fresh and tasty seafood. Friendly and polite waiters. Good swimming pools.

Review 28：We stayed at Esperos in August. The hotel was full and the staff dealt with it at a decent level. However there were several companies of young Germans who behaved offendingly and there was no attempt to moderate them. Loud drunken voices at night. This was probably the only minus.

Review 31：Rooms were not suitable for 3 adults despite me calling before booking. It was very German focused and staff were rude and unhelpful in reception. My mother is diabetic and we asked or late check out so she could rest in room, we were told thy were booked yet 15mins later a German couple were allowed late check out!
