Review 1：Hotel calculated the price higher than declared on bookings.com - the VAT tax has been calculated twice, making the price higher by 20%. I examined the invoice by myself, identified the trouble and requested correction. Correction handled properly, cash given back to me. After that, only details - missing towel holders and dirty curtains gray instead of white - not washed for ages :)

Review 2：Spacy rooms / flats in a modern apartment house. Good sleeping conditions. Clean house. Parking in the building (-1 floor). Terraces for selected flats.

Review 3：No kettle, toaster, microwave or oven. Makes it difficult to do much in the kitchen. The bathroom floor gets veryyyyy slippery, be careful!

Review 9：there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the kitchen of one of the apartments we rented. with that exception everything else smelled and looked perfectly clean.

Review 10：very spacious, clean and modern, very new, good taste furniture, beautiful and secured building. the walls seemed quite thin, so noisy neighbours might be a problem, but lacking that we enjoyed the best sleep ever. great combination of quiet area plus vicinity to the city centre. the large and secure parking space was an extra plus. we did have plenty of towels and knives, so the complaints from the previous reviews were probably taken care of.

Review 37：First of all I want to make it clear, I'm not usually spoiled. Inormally travel through hostels and on a budgetThe kitchen: basically looks amazing at first, but then I saw how all the dishes that were there were unclean. I got the apartment with no soap or wash cloth or anything. When complaining about it at the lobby the manager laughed at me while the staff stressed out a little by my anger grabbed some soap for me from their restaurant. The place was underequipt as well. There's no cutting knives! such a basic tool in a kitchen. Then you wouldn't need a cutting board either. No cooking oil. No salt and pepper. Basically it's a huge kitchen in the apartment and it's unusable. The walls are thin. I woke up one morning from my neighbors flushing their toilet.

Review 38：The place looks proper. It's well kept and large. The apartment wasvery large, far more than necessary and stylish. It's a close walkto the city center, tram lines and the bus to Tapolca. Not as simple toget to Lillaferud though.Despite the fog while I was there there are great big windows for both air and a good view from the room.

Review 41：Lovely apartment in Miskolc. If you want, you will be provided withbreakfast. Nearby there are interesting restaurants - Belgian beer andanother restaurant. The town itself is not much entertainment that is inMiskoltstapoca. Convenient underground parking, a decent breakfast.

Review 43：Hotel is new. Rooms are large and clean. Position is near Miskolc centre and not far from Miskolctapolca spa. It was one of the best hotel I ever stay.
