Review 1：The rooms are furnished with the basic elements. Keep the expectations low.
Review 2：Pretty cloze to the city center and harbor. If you are spending your time on foot, rather than renting a car and drive away, this hotel is on a good location. Many bars, restaurants, cafes in close proximity. Shopping zone is also very close.
Review 3：Wish they had laundry facilities, but we found a cleaners down the street and it worked out okay.
Review 4：We loved the staff. They made us feel at home. Loved the breakfast every morning. Close to the port and shopping and sister's condo. Room was very comfortable. Free WIFI was great. All in all a great experience. Glad it had a fridge.
Review 5：The hotel was well situated. Was clean quiet and provided an excellent eat as much as you want breakfast with great choice. The staff were impeccable allowing us to book in hours before due to and also keeping our luggage safe for some ten hours after booking out and use of lounge as our ferry at 2300.
Review 6：Reality of chios; no parking place. Nothing fancy in the room. Std. Room size were ok. The room I stay had no balcony which would help a lot to get wet swimsuits dry.

Review 8：They advertised 'free parking at a nearby location' or words to that effect. We arrived on a car ferry on a Saturday evening. The free parking turned out be in the street - where we could find it. We found it more than 500 meters away and we're not happy about that. We felt duped and were worried the car might not be there in the morning. I complained to the staff member at reception and think the website has now been changed to say 'no parking available'.

The only thing you'll have to do is renting a car, leaving your luggages at the hotel and then driving directly to the amazing beaches of Chios. Because of hotel's location, you'll have a chance to hanging out in the city centre of Chios in the evenings. If you don't plan to have a holiday at a hotel, Diana Hotel will be a good choice for you
Review 52：Hotel building is old. Everything is old... doors, knobs, air conditioning, etc. But they are functional. I think this hotel should be cheaper.

Review 62：There was a noice in the room (303) we couldn't locate. At first wethought it was the heater but he was turned off. The stuff was veryhelpful even send the cleaning lady to solve the problem but she alsocouldn't help. So I didn't sleep well the first night. Next dayI bought ear plugs and it was ok. Maybe the noise came from the pipes ofthe heater although it was turned off. I have to add that my girlfriendslept well but if I sleep it has to be totally silent, that's why Ialso plugged out the fridge.
Review 63：The staff was really great. They helped us as good as they could, forexample they recommended us a wonderful greek tavern for dinner andalthough normal check out time is at 12:00 it was no problem that weextended till 2 pm for free.
