Review 9：The staff on the reception were really friendly. The location is only 2 min to center with car. 15 min by walking. As you step out from Hotel you can see the sea. The castle concept architecture is so cool.

Review 10：The rooms however are not four star standard at all. Maximum two! All the furniture is old and the style is completely unrelated to the concept created outside and in the corridors overall. The air conditioning wasn't cooling, the shower head couldn't be hung on the wall mount, the double bed was too small and broken, pillows not comfortable and there was a large pest in the room one night when we arrived.

Review 11：The hotel has a Very positive impression from the outside. The premises look like a small village. The restaurant, bar and breakfast are satisfactory. Rich breakfast, and a good selection of beverages at the bar.

Review 12：Tour bus came at three or four o'clock in the morning, lots of cheers, bye byes, good nights, noises of wheeled luggages. And no one silenced them. This hotel owes me a good night sleep. Drainage (or what you call them) of the bathtubes. It never takes the water away quickly. Plus when you take a shower the bathroom is always wet. It is not that you're untidy, it is the design of the bath. Why a hotel like this uses that poor quality toilet papers? Why all the noisy electricity machines work on the best part (at the entrance and in front of the best rooms) of the hotel?

Review 13：Location is excellent. The center is in 15 minutes walking distance. You're both in and out of the city. Plus you can enjoy a silky sea water in front of the hotel. Hotel's own outer view is another plus. They spent a lot of money and made a mixture of Chios's original Pyrgi house decoration plus Kombos mansions. It has a big entrance+garden with trees. Very nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Personnel very nice and friendly.

Review 14：The main drawback is the busy main road outside meaning it's not a pleasant-though shortish - walk to the port and town. Little in a way of a beach.

Also lady at the reception was very kind so she opened up an other room after we checked out to stay for extra 3 hours. Price is also very good compared to what you get.

Review 30：We had stayed at this hotel two years ago and thought more highly of it then. This is not to distract from the quality of the hotel - it is good but not as good as it was two years ago. We can't pin point what it was that made us feel this way.

Review 33：We were so thrilled by seeing the greeting note in our native language on the table in our room, with dates, peanuts, almonds and apricots as well. The location of the hotel was central, very close to the center, also 10 meters to the sea. Our room had both pool and sea view, which was nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was a bit cold in the room so we turned the A/C on, it helped. Wifi connection worked well. The hotel was quiet and helped us to get a good sleep. The breakfast was so good, we tried almost everything and all the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to any quality looking visitor.

Review 36：The architecture is in very good taste. The breakfast and the restaurant were really good. It is in a very nice territory, with a big pool, palm trees and even an old fashioned water well. The staff are professional and friendly. It is situated conveniently close to the town of Chios and can serve as a base to explore the island.

The location of the hotel was very easy to find, but the use of a car would be an advantage as its quite a walk from the port. Review 40：The only prolem was the A/C. I later learned that it would work only when all doors and windows (including the bathroom ventilation window) were closed. A bit strange. Pool water had a high chlorine concentration and irritated my eyes when I them kept open

Review 41：I stayed there for 2 days. The location is good. Very close to town center yet far from the hustle bustle of the crowds. Ther's a free car park before the hoyel. The rooms are furnished in a modern way. The room amenities and bathroom are all new. The rooms are very clean and spacious. When we arrived we have found a welcome oack including Chios delights, candies and chewing gum all containing gum mastic produced in the island. The staff were always friendly and looking for help. I'll definitely come back. This is one of the best Hotels in Chios.

Review 46：The decor in the rooms I don't believe has been updated since the 80s. And the room had that musty smell to it. Some of the lounges on the poolside were badly worn (had holes in them) and most of the umbrellas didn't work.

Review 53：Room was a bit old and dark. Toilet was a bit strange because the the flush didn't work at once. (Need to push twice?) There was a old couch in the room but we couldn't find any special reason for it. (Room would be better without that. ;)) However, it was not a major problem!
