Review 1：- no tea spoons freely available - always a challenge to find one if you have tea or coffee, - windsurfing available only if you have license, incredible!!! what the *** license? jet ski - no license, windsurfing - *** license... what is it - flying an airplane? - food can become annoying after 4-5 days, but it's almost every hotel :( - WiFi only at reception and very slow

Review 3：Room facilities were quite poor no kettle in room had to ask for refreshment centre to be filled and at first they said it was extra cost until I showed them they're own website which stated refilled eV 2 days at no extra cost, bed was rock hard barely slept , only 1 tv in maisonette should have been 2 and with only 1 English channel bbc news !, room fixtures were dated and worn some plugs didn't work, swim up pool was dirty full of bugs and wasn't full (probably a foot from being full )no steps to get into or out of the pool which outside our room was 1.5 mtrs, only 1 bar in main complex with 1 barman large queues for a drink,

Review 6：The friendliness of the staff -- this made up for all the littleissues.They were always willing to help especially the Greek girls atthe reception. Well done there - Mtsis can be proud. Not to mention thebeautiful untouched beaches --precious

Review 7：It was a little expensive we thought for our 5 nights. Sometimes there wasn't a lot of space on the terrace in the evenings for all the people. The Wifi was intermittent.

Review 8：The staff were always smiling and helpful, the food was always excellent, the staff servicing the rooms and restaurants/bars did an excellent job. Use of the gym was great and the facilities (pools, bars, entertainment etc) were great.

Review 10：Clean, Good food, The rooms with the pool are great. nothing better then simply get up in the morning, open your balcony door and jump into the pool!

Review 11：Stone hard pillows and matteraces, used up and dirty sunbeds at the pool, no access to the most interesting pools (which are the most exposed on the photos of the hotel...) crowded beach.

Review 16：Hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and staff were friendly. Although up hill there was a beech hopper for transport up and down the hill. The food was plentiful and cooked fresh in front of you. All in all good value for money.

Review 20：The hotel is located uphill the mountain and all the distance to the beach is going down/up the hill including high stairs. This gives a good physical exercise when climbing several times a day. Even though it wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware for people having health issues. Food variety was very poor. Rooms were clean however there were tiny ants running in the room all the time. The water tap in the bathroom was broken and trash bin pedal didn't work too. The swimming pools next to the rooms, even though they were being cleaned up in the mornings usually had various stuff in it including tree leaves and some small trash thrown in by tourists.

Review 21：Location of the hotel is very good,gives amazing panorama view from the room balcony and from the deck. The room was clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Review 22：The hotel did not provide soap or shampoo, which is usually included in a hotels like Mitsis. For the beach towels you have to leave deposit, and in addition to the towel you needed to keep a piece of paper in order to get your money back, which was kind of strange. The hotel is located a little bit up the hill from the beach.
