Review 1：Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Well staffed but not intrusively so. Very clean, fabulous food, fabulous pools and restaurants. Right on the beach. Short distance from local town. Probably need a car unless you just want to sunbathe all day!
Review 2：Just small things... coffee quality is not as it should be the breakfast service (good at the swimming pool bar though) and sun beds at the beach shall be a little more comfortable.

Review 9：The shower floor designed in such a way that water stands there after a while, so the bathroom gets unpleasant wet smell. The pool towels have to be kept for the whole day and cannot be changed for dry ones, only next day.

Review 20：The staff was inexperienced at the beginning of the season (May 19th-21st) The receptionists were not polite when i tried to deal with an issue regarding my accommodation fees. They did not provide the right explanation for the additional charges i had to pay at check-in. They made me think the charges were relevant to my room but actually they were charges for optional events of a conference i was attending. I accepted to pay but did not attend the optional events as they gave me the impression that i only paid extra for my room, not the extra conference events. When i find it out (during check-out) I asked for reimbursement which they refused. After a series of complains eventually they reimbursed me but they left me with the worst impressions. Wi-fi was rarely operating (they claimed that the weather was the reason for poor satellite internet but the weather was nice in mots of the days) The location of the hotel is remote.One needs a car to get anywhere else in the island.
