Review 1：I had booked a superior deluxe room, but they gave me one with a window facing a construction site. During check in had to call the house keeping to clean the room again. Hot water took for ever to start, and there was a constant foul smell from the sink. The safe did not function, kept showing error, got it replaced but again everyday for 4 days we had to call them to open the safe for us as error kept on. All doors were very squeaky and noise amd even the key lock did not function properly. The breakfast was very average. In all I was Very Disappointed with my stay !

Review 3：Breakfast was pretty average. Pool is small with no children area. No RESORT feeling. Hotel build on a small area. No lift in one section of the hotel.

Review 4：Location is apt for new travellers, all facilities are conveniently nearby the hotel. Rooms are spacious, mine was with 2 balconies. Staff was courteous.

Review 5：Not appearance as specified in pics. Main concern: the door key stopped working twice. We come at 4 in early morning and ask reception to come along because of that problem, he doesnt come, neither gives another key, we go to room, have to come down again, he again hands over another key, still doesnt work, then they say it will be fixed next day. Imagine frustration level at that time!! Basically you dont have key to your room and still you doing up an down at morning 4!!!!

Review 11：Having differeny password everyday for all different gadgets.ALSO LACK OF ENGLISH TYPE FOOD AT BREAKFAST, BACON,SAUSAGES,BEANS. TEA WAS ALL MOST ALWAYS NOT HOT ENOUGH.

Review 14：I liked the room service and the room itself a lot. Bed was excellent and service inside the room was lovely. Food was good but could have been better. I enjoyed my stay overall as its just 5 minutes walk from the beach area and some places to visit like Dolphin View and Fort Aguada :-)

Review 15：elevators in only one/two building, for other building stair case is the only option. Jacuzzi was not working and staff didn't had any idea when it will start working.

Review 19：So called Superior Room I booked had no windows. There was a door to a balcony though. I asked for a change of room and was given a room in the first floor with the windows facing a path leading to the entrance to the building with staffs and hotels guests walking in front of the window so I could never really open the curtains. Luckily for us we were able to move to one of their Deluxe rooms booked by my friend which were very good.

Review 20：I liked the food served by the Restaurant. The price I felt was fairly costly though. The staff were courteous and eager to help.

Review 21：There are villas/ guest houses all down te same road for rooms twiceas big of a fraction of the price. Staff weren't very helpful, a 4star hotel in India seems to be the equivalent of a 2 star in Britain..Not good value for money at all

Review 37：Too many Russians mostly groups of youngsters and not as friendly as the Indian guests. Oh the hotel is not well sign posted from the main road

Review 39：The mattresses have coils in them that protrude and make sleeping quite uncomfortable. I was traveling with a group of 7 others and all reported the same discomfort.

Review 40：My wife and I booked one of the suites - the rooms were beautiful with two balconies. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful!

Review 41：Breakfast buffet experience was terrible, very crowded and chaotic. There was no wifi in the room. Floor in the room was bit dirty and the bathroom was very disappointing for a four stars hotel.
