Review 1：Excellent hospitality and great facilities! The breakfast had a lot of dishes to choose from which honestly covers any preferences one may have. One could tell that the hotel takes great care for all the areas and rooms to be always clean at all times. The staff was always friendly and kind!

Review 2：I absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly, answered all my questions about the island and recommended things and places to see! The room was very big, very clean and newly decorated. I loved the matrices, which must be new. My room had an amazing view to both the sea and the pool and the surrounding trees made the scenery even more exotic and tranquil! I also really liked the breakfast. We had a great variety of tasty food of Mediterranean and international cuisines. I talked to other guests who stayed for more nights and told me that breakfast changes every day, so now I wish I could have stayed more to try everything. The location is very good because you are close to downtown Zakynthos, Argassi and of course next to the see. My friend would go joking by the beach every morning.

Review 3：The breakfast included a vast variety of delicious dishes both cold and hot. The staff was always very polite and helpful with whatever we asked. They gave us great advice for places to visit. The room was spacious and always clean. The hotel is quiet while at the same it is within walking distance to the center of Argassi, which is very convenient. I'd definitely like to go back in the future.

Review 4：The room was very basic with a balcony with hardly any view. Room had a bit of a musty smell. The breakfast was very poor. One thing I thought you could always rely on in Greece is yoghurt and honey. Here they served some discusting coffee flavoured yoghurt and the previous evenings leftovers. The breakfast room was also far too small for the size of hotel so we were waiting for a seat on our first morning, before being advised to use the pool area, which was a far nicer place to eat. The staff always seemed grumpy, especially the male ( probably owner).

Review 9：Nothing is too much trouble for the owner of this hotel. He collected us from airport, gave us bus timetable, and gave local info. Nice pool which has changing cubicles, something I've never seen in Greece. Rooms clean and basic.

Review 15：Parking space was restricted for the hotel's capacity. The hotel is situated just next to the main road and the communal areas (swimming pool, breakfast room etc) need renovation.

Review 16：The room was spacious (for 3 adults) and quiet with a nice balcony. Breakfast was ok.

Review 17：The decor in the room was very dated and unattractive to look at. The air conditioning wasn't very efficient as the room was still stuffy when it was on. The location wasn't ideal as there is no pavement outside the hotel and you have to walk along the main road, it is a short distance into town. Our balcony was right by the main road and although we could glimpse the sea between the trees the buildings and main road didn't make it very picturesque. The breakfast was shocking. Very rubbery and bulk buy and poor quality. I managed to force down some stale toast and some cereal but I wouldn't have touched the pre-packaged fake looking cheese or ham or any of the other stale or cheap food. Rubbery eggs and dubious looking sausage. No fresh fruit and just orange squash rather than fresh orange to drink. There was a lot of choice but not anything that I would eat other than for sustanance. No pleasure involved at all, We didn't even bother to go for breakfast the second day. We were dissapointed with the quality of this hotel for the price we paid. The staff were pleasant enough and it was clean and tidy but it felt more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel and the rules and regulations in the bedrooms all in block capitals came across as patronising as they were clearly written for British youths who may try to party all night - although even in high season we didn't see anyone like that staying there! Finally, the pool looked OK, but it is closed each day between 2:30 and 5:30 for siesta time! For me, that's exactly when you want to be lying by the pool! grrr

We were running late and the reception area stayedopen until we arrived. Thanks. The room was clean. After a long day allyou want is a hot shower with good water pressure and they delivered. Itwas nice and clean with enough space for the two of us. They are locatedabout 2 km from the pier and with a car you could reach some of the morepopular beaches. But you are right across the street from the ocean.

Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and the owner of the hotel was always really happy to help. I would surely visit this place again!
