Review 1：The staff at the reception desk were arrogant and had no customer service skills, minor issues turned into large ones due to lack of communication, asked for price of suites for extending our stay and could not get a straight answer which lead us to book another hotel; waiters were confused on drinks prices; breakfast needs better continental options

Review 2：Executive suites was nice, large, split room layout, plenty of facilities such as ironing board, hairdryer, washing line, small kitchenette etc ; large terrace with view of the pool; the pool was clean and large, game room with plenty of games, whisky bar by reception

Review 13：When you check in stuff wants to take the money of you and that it ! 3 evenings when I got back to the hotel it was not clean at all as also on the 1 st day I had to call executive house keeping and took pictures how dusty the floor was beside that many guest has complain ! Review 15：Queen sized uncomfortable beds, unhelpful & rude lady on reception,Problems getting rent a car due to the rogue cabbies at the hotel gate,Stayed on the first floor and heard a horrid sound of restaurant boysdragging the plates on a trolley 6 times in a day, despite asking for aroom on non smoking floor I got room smelling of cigarette smoke( thanksto guests in the neighboring room, was confirmed by staff at the hotel),I called and even spoke to booking.com about it before my checkout..

Review 20：Very kind and helpful staff. Smooth check-in. Could check-in early and check-out late. Swimming pool could have been little big, but it was very well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and comfort.

Review 27：My husband had an allergic reaction, and we requested the front office to send someone to get the medicine from the Pharmacy store and they refused saying that is not possible. They informed me that the pharmacy store is 30 mins away, which was wrong information, there were two in a distance of 1-2 kilometers. I checked in early morning and the reception staff was more interested in what he was doing on his computer rather than checking me in. Not hospitable at all. Breakfast was ok, around 930 most items were over on the buffet and we had to wait for over 10-15 mins for replenishment. Staff was not intuitive and had to be asked for everything, even as little as giving cutlery on the table.

Review 28：House keeping was efficient. Saish did a good job with the cleaning. We extended our trip and they were cordial to accommodate us. The gym was good and so was the instructor.

Review 34：Front desk staff not friendly. A small AC at the sitout area in the room which doesnt cool the whole room especially near the bed ..and to stay like this 3 days in the peak of the may summer was a pain. Front desk staff was indefferent towards my repeated complaints.

Review 41：Terrible wifi connection, was unable to use wifi most of the time. Check in heck out is way too slow. Until I 5 times reminded I have a plane lady checking out didn't move. Room had a funny smell and it was impossible to manage the lights and air con. Whoever installed the electrical cabling had no idea what he was doing. Last important point: I rented a bike from the person who seats in front of the hotel. His name is Shakti. After I gave my keys back and paid all the money he refused to give my passport back. Reception stuff was just watching and didn't stand up against him. At the end after couple of rounds of convincing he threw my passport in my face. All ppl in reception including security guard were just standing there and watching without saying a single word to him. Whatever you do don't rent scooter or bike from this guy or have any other business with this guy.

The property has everything, from kids area to gaming area, gym, spa, etc..u name it n they have it..although it has been managed in a little space & everything is very compact (although very useful & high in quality), as in the property is not a huge one..

Review 49：As we entered our room our balcony was filled with 30 odd bees ready to sting us. 2 rooms down was a huge bee hive. Staff calls it a natural unavoidable calamity. Reception staff was snoring and sleeping on the sofa at 1 am when we came back to the hotel from the casino

Review 125：Since we are vegetarians, its not always easy to get decently priced good food in a place like Goa. So home cooking is almost essential for us. The Hotel suites boast a 2 burner platform for cooking purposes, but the staff generally recommends using it only for heating milk etc. We wanted to cook home food but could not because a) No utensils were provided b) staff discouraged us from using the burners to cook. We had expected the exact opposite.

Review 126：We loved the way everyone at Deltin Suites helped make our stay rewardable. The best part of the hotel was the easy availability of taxis just outside the hotel. Also closeness to Panjim was an added advantage.
