Review 1：I was at this hotel with my 3 children on a skiing holiday. The place is very nice, the staff is very friendly and really accomodating. The food was very good and the service was outstanding.

Review 2：But, ther is a "but": in year 2012 in an hotel of this standing (4stars) Wi-Fi connection for Internet, available in the rooms and free ofcharge, is a must! At Falkensteiner Cristallo is not... You must payextra and the timing system on which the charge I based is very lousy,too bad... :-(

Review 3：If you have children is "the" place to be! Without children it's betterto choose other Falkensteiner premises where you can find a more adultenvironment. Everything is great at Cristallo Falkensteiner, the staffis extraordinarly efficient, kind and smiling: this is the best asset ofthis hotel.
