Review 1：Local mosque blaring at 4:30AM. Wi-Fi was intermittent.

Review 2：Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. A bit off the beaten path but close enough to walk to beach or restaurants.

Review 3：It was a little bit difficult to find on the first drive down the main but once we knew what sign to follow it was very easy.

Review 4：This great little boutique hotel off the main road is fairly new and lovely. It is all in a very small space but you don't necessarily feel cramped. The staff are lovely and helpful and obviously get along like family which was great to see.

Review 5：Excessively over-priced for what you got - there were some lovely places right on the beach at half the price. I had to ask the staff to clear away my breakfast dishes .. after a few hours, as flies were starting to accumulate.

Review 8：The welcome drink - watermelon drink. bed was super comfortable, tv with cable.. Don't be alarm when you have to go through house alleys ... you'll be happy once you enter the hotel.

Review 9：What a hidden find in Senggigi! Room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and was quiet at night. AC worked well. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool and grounds were fabulously relaxing to come back to after a hot sweaty day touristing. Will definitely be coming back to Senggigi and these guys will be my first call.

Review 10：Location, specifically having to walk the pathway that leads to the entrance. We think guests should be informed that there is no car access to the hotel entrance. Though, the hotel is still near to the main tourist area of Senggigi and masjid (which we liked).

Review 13：hotel is 3 minutes drive from the port. hotel staff were attentive to our request. they transferred us to a diff room when aircon on room 8 was not working. they have also upgraded our room to a deluxe room for no extra charge. i keft my phone in the room after check out and we were already hailing a cab to take us to the airport, but one of the staffs followed us on her scooter to return ny phone. That was simply amazing customer service!! i would have lost more than a phone, but the memories on my sty in Bali thru the pictures i have taken using my phone.

Review 17：1) The staff and owner are friendly. Being welcomed warmly even at late evening. 2) The surrounding also very calm as the location a bit far from busy and noisy main road, and surrounded by alots of trees. 3) The room and hotel area are clean.

Review 28：I like the facilities overall but it was next to the mosque. First praying time of the day will be at 4.30 am which have to expect waken up by the prayer. Anyways, there are mosques everywhere in Lombok and no matter where you stay, I believe you will still be waking up by the prayer.

Review 29：Staffs are very helpful and attentive to inquiries. There is a small but nice swimming pool which is a good place to chill. Close to main road which easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Review 30：The staff is still in training, so sometimes things go a bit more slowly than necessary, but this was made clear to us and they more than make up for it with their cheeriness and welcoming attitude! Only complaint was that you had to pay extra for eggs at breakfast (without them it wasn't really enough for us), would have been better if they were free ;)

Review 31：Great location in Senggigi centre(yes you have to go through an alley to get there, but it is well lit!), very friendly staff, good food and great tours of Lombok. The rooms were also very clean, with good beds and a/c. Angie (the Australian owner of the hotel) knew a lot of good restaurants and bars around and was very friendly! We had a great stay!

Review 35：Pipes in bathroom were getting blocked easily after taking a shower causing the water not going down. We have heard from the owner that they are aware of the issue and working on fixing it. Very basic breakfast, you had to pay if you wanted something more than a tost. In order to get to the hotel you have to pass quite dodgy areas. I was with a group of people so it was fine but would be scared to go to the hotel after dark on my own.

Review 36：Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, beautifully decorated hotel. Located around 10 min from the beach, local stores, restaurants and pharmacy near as well. Hotel owner used to be a nurse hence she can give you a medical advise in case sth happens.

Review 48：The Lombok senggigi is an excellent new hotel. For what you get the pricing is incredibly reasonable. Rooms are very comfortable and well finished. The proprietors have made a real effort with the place and customers which also makes a difference.

Review 55：The staff's attitude when serving us. We ordered Lombok coffee and they served us Nescafé. When I mentioned it they said they run out of coffee we ordered. A decent staff would say: we don't have the coffee you are ordering only Nescafe not trying to hide the fact that they serve fake coffee. Then, we would have chosen something else.

The place is always only accessible through a narrow lane and feels a little out of the way. The staff also calculated our hotel bill wrongly and we had to stand and explain for very long that they had charged our drinks twice. So, please do track your expenses. The kitchen was closed on 2 of the three nights we were there so we couldn't order dinner.

Review 62：The wifi was fairly good and the beds were comfortable. Toiletries werr available as well. Food is relatively same as restraunt prices outside. Staff is friendly.

Review 63：The hotel is very clean. The owner was a nurse before. When I had an allergie, she advice me, she took an apointement for me with a doctor and called a taxi to bring me to the hospital. Her and her husband are very nice people. The garden is beautiful. The hotel is 80 metters away from the noisy main street.

Review 64：Slow wifi connection Location - quite far from the beach, mosque very close to the hotel (every morning at 5.am. you are disturbed by muezzin), a little bit scary way to the hotel during night from the town Unproffesional staff - poor english and sometimes weird recommendations - we booked fast boat tickets to Bali according their advice from Wahana Gili Ocean company, but then we found out that the rating of this company is really poor and the journey could be dangerous (explosions on the boat) - we cancelled the trip and lost more than 350t. rupias.

I would rather of slept in a huge hostel room dorm than experience this hotel again. Secondly the wifi didn't reach the rooms at all even though jt said it did on the website. Also you have to walk down a tiny alley on arrival which made a group of girls travelling feel very unsafe!
