Review 1：staff could explain a little more, like the sauna rules and about the halfpension. this was our first time in this hotel, so we didn't know what to expect.

Review 3：No brochure about the pension services, not possible to find even in the facility. Charged 160 € for the ground-floor, parkplace view horror room. At the breakfast nobody asked or served coffee or tea, just pushed a far corner table. No style in service, no style to welcome...

Review 9：I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel. I was very impressed regarding the services offered and the quality finishing of various amenities in the hotel. The swimming pool and the saunas spaces are really beautiful. The garden, the terrace and the view are gorgeous. Breakfast was wide-ranging. Dinners really delicious and varied. Personnel is friendly and always at service. And don't miss Evi, the excellent sport trainer, if you have the opportunity to stay to stay at Sonnhof!

Review 10：Etiquette in sauna needs to be clearer and appreciation of different cultures could be better. Some of the staff could have been more friendly. Could be a bit noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel.

Review 11：Fantastic setting. Good pool. Some of the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, particularly the Hungarian waiter, the women on the reception desk, and the walking guide. Food was excellent in terms of taste, variety and presentation.

Review 16：The last day we went to the reataurabt to have coffee and the lady working there with the ponytail i forgot her name was so rude she screamed in german tgat we cant seat at a table near the window. Btw i totally didnt get their seat assignment, we always sat at the same table making all meals boring. Nevertheless nice place, but that lady's attitude screwed up our vacation, it was very rude and scary how mad she got.

Review 22：Hotel Sonnhof is really a paradise for ski lovers as it not only has got a ski-in and ski-out access to the nearby cable car and lift, but also a spa area which is second to none. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, but the five-course dinner every evening was the real hit for me and my family as each course of the dinner would bring joy to both the stomach and the eyes. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Yet the most pleasant feature of this hotel is the friendliness of the hotel staff, including the owner, toward every guest. I will surely come back to stay in this hotel soon.

Review 23：Our room was in the cold basement, 402 - but: to be fair, we booked lastminute, so that is probably all that was left. Our friends had for 20euros cheaper, room 100, which was huge & modern. They offered toput our bags directly from the room into our car, but in the end, theyjust stacked them near the entrance. Luckily, we took our passports,etc, out. The omlettes were burned on the outside & undercooked onthe outside. But really, all in all, it was very nice and I would nothesitate to recommend to friends. There are two sides of the restaurant- one is charming & cozy, and one is more new (fine, but less cozy).
