Reviews for Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow
Review 1:Travelled with my disabled son they put us on the 2nd floor and weren't interested in helping us swap rooms when asked. In fact when I mentioned that we'd parked in the disabled bay she was quiet abrupt asking why?even though my son was missing a leg and stood there on crutches.
Review 2:Breakfast was excellent
Review 3:Food quality at the Grapes below average. Décor needs addressing.
Review 4:Close proximity to major roads and family who live nearby. Staff dealt with noise issue with customers in room above in a prompt and courteous manner.
Review 5:Stayed for 4 nights, bathroom never cleaned in the time we stayed, sofa bed collapsed, could here next door guest snore. Breakfast was also not so wow.
Review 6:Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds very comfy
Review 7:There wasn't much to dislike. the only problem was the evening meal in the resturant as it only done steak/burger meals.
Review 8:Although on busy road you couldn't hear the traffic that much. The location is great for all the attractions in the area. Would recomend to family and friends.
Review 9:The floorboards in the room were very creaky and not ideal when a 6 month old baby is trying to sleep. The tap water pressure was weak and the TV screen was too small. The bed was too high and uncomfortable, same applies to the sofa bed. Free wifi was too slow and I believe it was not fair having to pay £5 extra for 24 hours for a faster wifi connection.
Review 10:The water pressure from the shower was great! Free parking was great as well as the quality of the food for breakfast, which catered for all of my family. Very much appreciated being supplied with the travel cot.
Review 11:A bit too far out from London and not as close to airport as liked but still acceptible.
Review 12:Breakfast and dining facilities were simple and easily accessible to the hotel, free wifi worked great.
Review 13:We stayed at hotel ,lower ground next to reception but we got problems ,with doors slammed ever time someone exit ...this is keep awake all time ... They need solution for exit door close without slamming
Review 14:Great to stay ..
Review 15:apparently seating at breakfast is by room number ?? I asked to be moved as the table offered was in full glaring sun, no offer of a different table so that was annoying otherwise not bad
Review 16:wasn't too noisy, we arrived late due to traffic jams on the M6, so it was literally overnight 7 off early the next day, about what you would expect from a budget place
Review 17:There was only one night where some running around upstairs disturbed our sleep but the staff were apologetic and said they were about to do their walk round.
Review 18:The breakfasts were amazing and the staff so welcoming.
Review 19:We stayed there with a young family- a 6 year old child and a 3 month old, which was very comfortable considering we checked in late and left early morning. Found our stay very convenient.
Review 20:Excellent staff especially the lovely girls in reception whom were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast/bar staff in the grapes were also very friendly.
Review 21:As I have a hearing problem it was great to know Premier Inn have equipment to provide a "vibrating pillow" and supplied that for my room. Unfortunately it appeared to be too sensitive and kept going off at regular intervals during the night so I had to disconnect it completely. When asked in the morning did I have a nice nights sleep I explained the problem but there was no "free stay etc offer" as advertised
Review 22:Usual Premier Inn comfort. Staff at the Uxbridge/Hayes Inn were very friendly and helpful.
Review 23:Could not get free Wifi on 2nd floor of hotel so had to pay for Ultimate Wifi which was slightly disappointing.
Review 24:The staff were most helpful and friendly - both in the hotel and the restaurant.
Review 25:bed to high difficult to get in and out with disablities , served a cold crumble in the middle, was changed no problem open kitchen could see chefs bare bum every time he bent down which my child pointed out not enjoyable to see whilst eating .
Review 26:friendly staff helpful room clean and tidy
Review 27:That we paid for a room our partners werent allowed in and i work for premier inn and they wouldnt allow me to use my discount card. Staff werent helpful to assist with help for our journey home as to where stations and train links are.
Review 28:the bath was small compared to other premier inns. The bathroom fan was really noisy. The fans in the rooms below where also noisy. The hotel was tired and worn. The tv was really small compared to other inns. Bathroom was the smallest I've ever stayed in. I know it was London but over priced compared to the many others over the country I have stayed in the quality is no where near as good as anywhere else
Review 29:It was easy to get to my job.
Review 30:WiFi was unobtainable throughout my stay (I did receive a no quibble refund on departure).
Review 31:Comfort, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Despite the location - next to a busy major road - the noise was minimal and the night peaceful.
Review 32:No drinking water in rooms and available only from vending machine at extra cost. Lack of a lounge or bar facilities, although we realise these things were available at adjoining steak house. Can't complain at tarrif for London area.
Review 33:Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception. Arranged cab for us with no hassle. Much needed breakfast in nice surroundings on Sunday before leaving. Location for our purpose, very handy.
Review 34:I cannot say any thing bad only the bed could have been a little more comfy
Review 35:The staff were so friendly we were disturbed during the night by another guest over a mix up with the room but to be fair these things can happen and the management were so sorry about it I could not believe they actually approached me about the disturbance I wasn't even going to bring it to their attention
Review 36:Not much of a chance of a Lie in as there was a lot of noise with customers checking out etc. The rooms are not overly sound proof one can hear Snores and kids running above. The bathroom is adequate however not much room to ascend the bathtub for a shower. personally it was not an issue being early risers.
Review 37:The hotel was close to our area we needed to be. We flew in on the redeye so we tried to check in and on arrival they parked our suitcases and said they would phone us when the room was ready an hour early. The staff were very polite. The room was clean the water was always hot. The restaurant (Pub)was a bonus for Breakfast and food well into the evening.
Review 38:The high price. In my opinion this price I paid should be included the breakfast and WiFi. Than would have been acceptable for me.
Review 39:Friendly, patient and helpful staff Silence Good bed Good shower
Review 40:Nothing to dislike.
Review 41:Very helpful and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, plenty of parking. Restaurant next door good all round food and breakfast. Very quite also.
Review 42:Only one (1) Face Towel given for Two Adults, I complained to Manager, was told that the limitation was set by Head Office, however, I was given an attition F/Towel but the problem continued on a daily basis.
Review 43:Easy Transportation.
Review 44:Breakfast - We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast, the staff serving breakfast tried their best and were as helpful and apologetic as they could be, however they were run off their feet trying to serve and help too many people for 3 staff members!
Review 45:Price
Review 46:The area is not my ideal place but didn't experience any problems either.
Review 47:The staff were great and although we had initial problems with an online booking service, a friendly female member of staff sorted everything out for us. The food was good too and the service given to us. Had a great nights sleep.
Review 48:No communal facilities. No reception seating, no lounge or specific hotel bar area. Very high cost for lack of these facilities.
Review 49:Beds are great. Breakfast service at the adjoining restaurant good.
Review 50:Didn't like that there was no air conditioning in the room and only a fan which in a heat wave is no good. Was staying for 3 nights and got moved on the last night so got sleep that night thankfully.
Review 51:Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Would have been lovely if there was air conditioning in the room.
Review 52:Decor and general appearance of the adjacent pub/restaurant

Review 54:The location is a bit further from the rail/tube network than expected. Felt a bit seedy there too.
Review 55:The service couldn't have been better. When we needed some support, having lost our passports, they were sooo helpful. Thank you. The air con was working by our second night so the room was quite comfy. Handy being close to a major retail park.
Review 56:The room was so small I asked the receptionist if I can change the room but she said all rooms are the same.i couldn't use my phone because I signals were very bad.

Review 59:Comfortable rooms within easy reach of Heathrow with parking.
Review 60:Found it a bit tricky to get to from Heathrow T5. Quite an urban location. No lift.
Review 61:Arrived after midnight after landing at Heathrow. Staff were exceptionally helpful & professional throughout & even carried heavy luggage up & down stairs for us, since there was no lift. Rang ahead to request sofa bed to be made up, & this had been done. In the middle of renovation work but nonetheless well cleaned & in good order. Breakfast was excellent & pub staff were very obliging & friendly. Free parking, which is a plus close to Heathrow.
Review 62:I thought i have booked and already been paid as i got confirmation it was confirmed and twice now they ask for payments so they shouldnt have taken my card details then
