Reviews for Flodigarry Hotel and High Tide Restaurant
Review 1:everything was great
Review 2:The location is spectacular; right on the coast. We stayed in the 2 "attic" rooms of the Flora MacDonald house. They were charming, though because of the slanted roof, the shower in the bathroom was a sit down shower. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the experience and the history attached to the building. The host mentioned that the rooms will be remodeled soon. The High Tide restaurant served superior meals. We had the poached salmon ( excellent) and the steak ( really superb, and I'm from Nebraska, where we know steak). The chocolate dessert, ( 3 different chocolate delights) was simply the best. This hotel alone is a powerful reason to visit Skye.
Review 3:This is not a luxury hotel like the prices suggest. This hotel is really being run in a budget hotel mode. We stayed in room 9. The bed is a double size, hard and lumpy. The shower was merely a dribble. Sure it was a four poster bed but I'd rather quality linen and a decent size bathroom and mattress for the price we paid. The bathroom was tiny with a shower, toilet, and hand basin all jammed in to one tiny space. The toilet seat was wooden and "clunked" down frequently if bumped ( haven't they heard of silent close seats used by most luxury hotels these days) seeing you are paying luxury hotel prices. We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was included. The first night was a Saturday so breakfast on Sunday morning was busy for the staff. But walking into a dining room for breakfast with all the tables laden with dirty dishes from guests that had already eaten was very off putting. The kippers I ordered were inedible - a bony fish swimming in oily butter. The local lads were trying their best but they were obviously understaffed. There was no sign of the owners/manager to even make a comment. The next morning on the Monday was entirely different. There were only 3 tables with guests so service was quite good. Infact had we not been there on Sunday morning we would have got quite a different impression. But as a reviewer I need to warn people that if they are booking at Flodigarry High Tide hotel the prices are ridiculous compared to what is actually delivered to you as a guest. Yes it has lovely views but this does not make a hotel. I feel this hotel is grossly overpriced for what you actually get.
Review 4:The lovely view
Review 5:Overpriced dining, limited choice, didnt feel well cared for in restaurant. smell of cigarettes at night coming through window music until gone midnight kept me awake
Review 6:Location decor initial welcome breakfast choice
Review 7:Very slow wi fi
Review 8:We've stayed in the highest rated hotels on Skye, but this is by far the the best all rounder. It's recently been renovated to an excellent standard although the bedrooms are to be completed over the next few months. Food is of a very high standard
Review 9:Our room was the only one available in the area the only reason we chose it--it was very small : a shower under the eaves so impossible to stand --very uncomfortable. For the cost it was not worth the money.
Review 10:The hotel is lovely and in a beautiful location. We had dinner and breakfast in the dining room --fabulous.
Review 11:You don't get the short of services that you would expect for the price that you are paying, when we arrive we called and waited for somebody to give us the key to our room. Despite the fact that we have booked in advanced a table on the window (there is really just one), they accommodated another couple just 5 minutes before we arrived while other tables were empty. The wifi network is worst than bad.
Review 12:It is unbelievable well located at the top of Skye Island. The room was really nice, equipped with a four poster bed. The living-room was really nice as well as other rooms. They also gave us great tips in the morning in order to visit the Island (we only had one day). The food in the restaurant was fantastic! Great scallops!
Review 13:definately not value for money. Overpriced rooms that look like from the seventies. Wifi is very bad. I wouldn't pay more than £100 the room.
Review 14:The food was very good. Delicious seafood. Excellent location.
Review 15:Floddigarry hotel is so isolated that there are no other choices for dinning and drinking. Menu at restaurant is overpriced and not good. Staff was great.Need new menu
Review 16:The location. Skye is Unbelievable Majestic. The island has coast lines, breathtaking hills and views that can't be put into words.
Review 17:Bonkers interior decoration. No reception desk, no help with luggage. Not much choice at breakfast table, no jam. No separate bar menu, you can't have a small or quick meal for a reasonable price. We were not told you had to book even for the bar, and ended up not having a meal on Sunday evening. Creaky floorboards in upstairs' room.
Review 18:Lovely country house style hotel in fab location. Comfortable four poster bed with firm mattress, spacious bathroom with large bath. Good coffee/tea provisions.
Review 19:The lounge could have done with some background music, it was very quiet for a Friday evening
Review 20:Beautiful views, very friendly staff, lovely food, really comfy beds & dog friendly!
Review 21:Very weak WiFi (although it should be a blessing)
Review 22:The cottages were by far the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. So much peace and quiet and amazing views.
Review 23:The hotel is good but at £220.00 per night it is over priced and the, it gets very busy and the staff seem to struggle with the volume
Review 24:The location and the history of the area and the buildings
Review 25:The Flodigarry Hotel is a lovely oasis in the middle of some of the most stunning landscape anyone could ever ask to see. Rooms are comfy, baths are spacious and clean, staff is welcoming and fun!
Review 26:Room which was not value for the £660 we paid Food too expensive if eating out at night. Vey limited menus Too far out. Need transport Staff not helpful about room Midges
Review 27:Scenery is breathtaking
Review 28:Fantastic location and view. Very quaint as hotels go. I drive to get to but worth it. High Tides restaurant is great. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Review 29:Nice surrounding outside, beautiful furnishing in the lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Last but not least High Tide restaurant is really outstanding.
Review 30:Small room for £205 B&B. No bath and a very basic shower. The shower was a bit of a dribble which was just as well because the shower outlet was blocked and even at a dribble the shower tray quickly filled to overflowing. Lavatory seat had been broken & stuck together with tape. There appeared to be only one member of the staff on duty who spoke English, or Scottish, so communication was not easy. We ordered a gin & tonic, the tonic poured from a large plastic bottle. Food? Starters OK but our main course consisted of three pieces of lamb loin surrounded by four small tomatoes, one potato cut in half, some burnt carrot and a teaspoonful of spinach, somewhat overpriced at £26. Breakfast much better but my coffee cup had an unwashed dribble of coffee down the out side.
Review 31:Great Scenery & good location
Review 32:The quality of dinner was "average" though the prices suggested a "premium class" meal... The ambition seems twice as high as what we got. The location and atmosphere though were quite pleasant - but to our opinion would not justify a double price
Review 33:Lovely setting and nice decoration! Our rooms (both under the roof of the separate Flora McDonald cottage) were small but had a lovely atmosphere which we really enjoyed. ...like staying on a historic ship.
Review 34:All in room and hotel are rather old, not not like old and noble) really not so comfortable and nice for this really good money
Review 35:Location is perfect, views as well
Review 36:From entering the hotel we were greeted warmly with complimentary drinks . The hotel is so atmospheric and beautifully decorated, lovely old building. Our dinner was simply delectable, all the staff were extremely helpful and the view from our room was stunning.
Review 37:I have stayed a couple of weeks ago at this fantastic hotel on Skye. I have found the hotel long before, nearly three years ago, however it was fully booked. This time I was lucky to get there. I work in interior design and I would like to mark a high taste of the interiors. Also I can mention a high level of kitchen - they have a great Chef. I think this restaurant can be included into top 3 Skye restaurants and top 10 across Scotland. A wonderful sunset over the ocean, an attractive and fascinating world of Skye. I'm looking forward to returning to this great beautiful place, which feels like home to me.
Review 38:The wifi was really slow, but that is to be expected in this area. The price was maybe a bit high for the room and also the price for a drink in the bar was quite high.
Review 39:The location is amazing, the food is delicious, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would probably book this hotel again in future.
Review 40:Room was small for the money. Shower and bathroom in attic room was small and could not stand - not exactly worthy of price tag.
Review 41:Very nice but a bit pricey for a cottage room in the attic that felt like a bed and breakfast.
Review 42:Dangerous one lane-two way road road leading to hotel. Overcooked langoustines No coffee in room No luggage stands Narrow tub
Review 43:Location was like out of a storybook Staff were very friendly and helpful Beautiful room
Review 44:The only Thiago wrong in The hotel is The Wi-Fi
Review 45:Nice people, gorgeous place, Very Good food, it is The great hotel to be visited. We spent 2 nights only but 3 or 4 would be better.
Review 46:all perfect; it was great to meet the Dutch owner, gradually creating a destination hotel. the only let-down was a poor wifi
Review 47:A true quality boutique hotel in an unexpected location, with a great character, bar atmosphere, fabulous food and spectacular views. Located right next to the nicest scenic places on the island.
Review 48:We booked a cottage room, which was quaint, but so small it was a bit uncomfortable.
Review 49:Views are wonderful. Staff was very accommodating, and friendly. Food was wonderful.
Review 50:Wifi was hit or miss. I wish it had been more consistent so I could more easily blog about the area.
Review 51:Beautiful grounds; great food; extensive whisky bar for the location.
Review 52:We were in the attic of the cottage. Beds were clean. The grout in the bathroom was black and filthy. No shower. Didn't brave the tub. Didn't eat there because we were afraid to trust the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Review 53:The view.
Review 54:The manager met us at 11:30 PM and personally helped us to our room in one of the cottages. We had requested late registration and we were most pleased with the late-night service.
Review 55:Breakfast was good. Didn't like the evening meal/ menu. All a bit under-cooked. Sunday lunch menu was really disappointing.
Review 56:Lovely hotel in remote location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Review 57:The cottage could use some updating. We had two rooms and one had a shower, the other just had a tub, and a tub for two 55 year olds is a little rough.
Review 58:The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, though I wish they had a few more options at breakfast but that might be asking too much since it is in the middle of nowhere. The location is amazing, beautiful views.
Review 59:Off the beaten path but a wonderful hotel! Stayed two nights and used it as a base to see the Isle of Skye sights. Very nice staff & good pub/restaurant.
Review 60:The hotel looked lovely and updated. However, the cottage was a little shabby. I recommend staying in the hotel.
Review 61:Amazing setting. Comfortable common rooms and sitting areas.
Review 62:Everything came crashing down at breakfast. We were sitting for ten minutes before the waiting staff noticed us. Twenty minutes later our tea/coffee and toast had not arrived, though other guests had their orders taken and their tea/coffee and toast arrived immediately. We had to ask for ours and then we had to ask for butter. After forty minutes our hot food had not arrived. On asking if it would come any time soon I was told the kitchen was busy (couldn't have been that busy given the numbers in the dining room) and that it would take a while. I pointed out it had already taken a while - forty minutes. An hour after sitting down we had still not received our food and asked a staff member who seemed to be in charge. It arrived a few minutes later but was not complete. By the time we left the room my wife was in tears. On checking out we suggested a discount might be in order but the staff member explained she was not authorized to give discounts and suggested that we should leave the bill unsettled and the owner would phone us on our return home. He hasn't - but he took the full cost from our card anyway. I have never had such abysmal service in any hotel. Absolutely dreadful.
Review 63:Great first impression. Warm welcome to what seemed a lovely hotel.
Review 64:Location is beautiful, but a little remote. Didn't get breakfast on our last morning because of an electrical failure in the kitchen.
Review 65:Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Interior decoration was really nice in a quirky eclectic kind of way. We especially enjoyed the lounge area and bar.
Review 66:As with other negative reviews regarding room confirmed versus what was given at check-in, we experienced same as our room had no view as guaranteed when reconfirming the reservation. Then I was questioned about who I spoke with in accusatory tone instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience. Provided us with an upgrade with a view only because a father and daughter were also checked in to wrong room type to switch. The number of rooms is small so you should be able to confirm exact room types to guests. Do not lie and advise everyone they will be getting a great view. And be honest about room size as our initial room was extremely small. Also experienced service issues with young staff and lack of training. They are not hospitality oriented to know to check on guests during dining with constant reminders for items and difficulty finding them for requests. Also should note to Management that the younger staff should be careful when talking loudly about guests behind closed doors as it's clearly heard. Issues with Management as well. The hotel is busy which they obviously know in advance but each day it was as if they were just aware of this with long wait for breakfast seating or not knowing how to handle sudden emergency situations. Advised us bar area was not cleaned from night before to seat guests in that area? Seated guests in lounge/parlor to wait but no coffee or tea served while waiting. We were told a dinner reservation was needed and confirmed to find that it wasn't. Luckily there were tables available in the bar area. For dinner, there is one limited menu which is difficult for vegetarians (no salad options) and the service was lacking by younger staff. No explanation of menu items and disappeared after initial order to not check if anything else needed. Management complained to us about issues with younger staff but you need to train them. There was no Manager around to oversee service during breakfast.
Review 67:The location is amazing on the water with beautiful views. You feel like you are staying in a large country home. The renovation was done well to enhance the history of the hotel. Even with seating issues for breakfast on the first morning, the Manager eventually used common sense to set us up on the enclosed porch to dine alone with the amazing view in front of us. I had an issue with dinner options and the Manager was extremely helpful to offer options and he did not charge extra for substitution. We sat in the parlor area by the fire the second night and we did not want to move to the dining area or have a big meal. The server was great to bring us a charcuterie platter to continue enjoying time by the fire.
Review 68:Room very small, noisey all three nights which prevented sleep. Staff were new and in training which showed. Not a good experience with hotel but the area is not to be missed.
Review 69:Location good to hit major sites on Skye. Setting is beautiful.
Review 70:Service in the restaurant was very bad and resulted in several guests leaving breakfast uneaten having asked for butter up to 4 times without success. No marmalade or jam; butter was 2 x 1/2inch cubes. Beef fillet was barely 4 oz plus some disgusting boiled beef for £28, daylight robbery. Over emphasis on mushrooms no green veg at all. For same money Green Park Hotel, Pitlochry shows how it should be done!! We will not be back and we will bw wring to AA and Visit Scotland, a very expensive mistake.
Review 71:The comfortable bed offset by extremely poor service.
Review 72:When we arrived there is no reception, just a bell to ring. We could hear voices, then the owner came out. We werent sure what to do or where to go! We thought it was quite expensive, especially the food (which I have to say was superb). On the last morning the service in the breakfast room was not up to scratch - very slow and she forgot our toast. There were fewer people there than the previous day when it was packed and there were no problems! Also no help with our bags up the stairs and there is no lift.
Review 73:The location of the hotel. The nouvelle cuisine food.
Review 74:Had to chase up staff by going to the kitchen to be offered a pre dinner drink. and on other occasions staff had to be reminded of service. They were very friendly but not very efficient. If the hotel wishes to charge premium rates it should look to improve this aspect.
Review 75:The views.
Review 76:The hotel room and the ground were beautiful. Great view of the ocean, wonderful hosts, tasty breakfast... we needed to do our laundry, and they provided great laundry service.Everything was great. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit isle of Skye again.
Review 77:I applaud their effort to use local produce, but the menu felt limited after a 2 day stay. A good vegetable soup choice would have helped out a lot. I was fine with the single lane road to the hotel, but getting there did feel like the back of beyond. The staff was very warm and friendly, but they had a tendency to disappear.
Review 78:There is everything to like about the Flodigarry Hotel - the rooms are large, comfortable, and decorated with style and flair. The attached pub was so comfortable we ate our meals there, with coffee to follow on the sunny side of the terrace. I loved the hotel's location next to Flora MacDonald's cottage, and I'm curious to see how they will continue to develop their garden. Fantastic vista with a good solid walk to a very pebbly beach. Restful, and quiet, with plenty of local natural landmarks to visit. We enjoyed a lovely 2 day stay.
Review 79:There was a major problem with staff. Service was very poor. Dinner was vastly overpriced. Breakfast was fine but slow in arriving
Review 80:Wonderful views from our bedroom
Review 81:Room furniture decades old, room decor way past its best - for £280 a night for room plus £120 for meal and wine expect top class. This was to us worth no more than £60 a night indeed B&B would get better quality. Also hotel is extremely remote- 52 miles from bridge along mainly single track road through mountains.
Review 82:Leaving
Review 83:No TV working although they did everything possible to make it work.No proper shower facility
Review 84:The position of the hotel & friendly owners made us welcome
Review 85:The hotel locks the main door in the evening so be weary if you plan on staying out late! Make arrangements for your curfew time!
Review 86:Location and beautifully decorated
Review 87:Excellent quality of food, whether for breakfast or dinner; stylish and cosy atmosphere of the main house; lovely, authentic additional cottage rooms (although guests shouldn't be too tall for these latter rooms); brilliant location close to the breathtaking Quiraing rocks
Review 88:Staff lacked the efficiency we would normally associate with the style and class of hotel Food was slightly disappointing - flattered to deceive.
Review 89:Situation excellent Friendly and accommodating staff - dried our sodden walking gear which was much appreciated Hotel and rooms very well appointed Enjoyable stay
Review 90:The top end of the Isle of Skye is a stunning place to spend a few spring days. Flodigarry provided comfortable accommodation and quality sustenance with sweeping views of the coastline and the Quiraings.
Review 91:Was not aware until arrival that ceilings in the cottage attic twin room were under 6 feet tall. Would be a fine room for kids or a shorter person, but not ideal for a guy over 6 ft. Location was also very isolated & the drive there was a bit nerve wracking with lots of winding single lane roads. Not a reason not to stay there, but might have made a different choice given my circumstances had I known ahead of time.
Review 92:Staff was excellent and beds were comfortable. Food was very good. Beautiful location.
Review 93:Our room (John) in the cottage was fine except that the kettle had a lead which was too short to allow the kettle to be used near to the cups. We had to lean over the bed and TV to plug it in, which was awkward and potentially dangerous. The bathroom needs to be regrouted. The black mould on the grouting near the bath indicates that the management is not on top of maintenance. Our breakfast order was not taken when we ordered tea and coffee. We had to ask for our order to be taken, and then wait quite a time for the food to arrive (which we could understand as everything is cooked fresh) but breakfast took longer than we wished. Both staff had been on duty the night before, and there didn't appear to be anyone else around to book guests out, so the breakfast service seemed to be understaffed. These problems could have been solved by better management of staff levels and maintenance.
Review 94:We ate in the bar. The food was very good, with efficient service and a nice atmosphere.
Review 95:The only down was we were too early for a cooked breakfast because we had to catch the ferry.
Review 96:The dogs were welcomed with very little restriction and the grounds were good to walk them with access to the headland.
Review 97:Room 8 was tiny the bed virtually filled it. We both had a sleepless night on the most uncomfortable mattress ever. It was changed the next day but the apologies didn't really compensate. The walls were paper thin so you could hear neighbours ablutions. The food was expensive, £76 for a shared starter, two mains and a bottle of house wine.
Review 98:The views, the communal rooms, the bath and some of the food.
Review 99:Might be difficult to connect to WIFI & watch TV.
Review 100:Almost 180 year-old building but we liked that old atmosphere. Very kind & heart warming staffs. Breakfast was very nice. Superior Cottage Double Room was actually not so large but it was enough for us to enjoy reading or talking with silence.
Review 101:Staff very friendly but some very unexperienced, service quality not meeting the excellent food quality. Things got forgotten about so we had to ask multiple times. Ambitious but not meeting standards in all domains, therefore overpriced (more than 100£ for two for dinner and 180£ for the room). If you arrive by car from the north, there is no sign showing the way (so we ended up beeing lost a bit at the cost).
Review 102:Prime location, very nice surroundings and great views, top food, warm welcome and friendly staff. Free Wifi. Lovely fireplace, beeing lit especially for us. Excellent breakfast.
Review 103:The cost of the food in the hotel was very expensive for a family of four, so we were only able to eat there on one occasion. If a less pricey option was available in the bar we would probably have eaten there on all three nights. We had to drive quite a long way for an alternative place to eat. No eggs available on Easter Sunday for Breakfast!
Review 104:Location was lovely. The staff were very friendly.
Review 105:The 'attic' rooms have low ceilings and tiny baths- cute if you like the small space experience but not great if over 6' tall.
Review 106:Decor in the public rooms is dark almost gothic - fabulously atmospheric with views out to the sea. Staff were real enthusiasts for this place - keen to tell its story and make evey guest feel special. A lot of money has gone into the refurbishment and restyling of this remote location.
Review 107:Nothing wrong at all.
Review 108:I've loved the place for a long time, but the new owners have really refurbished it well. The food was stunning and the people were great - highly recommended.
Review 109:We did not like the paper napkins and the mixture of cutlery but we did speak with the owner already and the hotel intend to rectify this with immediate effect. lighting from the cottage to Hotel could be improved. Breakfast could be improved as we felt some food was a bit cold and the waiter forgot my husbands egg.
Review 110:everything was fabulous, the quality of food was excellent. The ambiance in the high tide restaurant was unexpected and lovely, we loved the Scottish music. Huge variety for breakfast.
Review 111:The poor condition of road into the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is needing some refurbishment but once inside it is well maintained and welcoming.
Review 112:Hotel is in a remote, peaceful location. The atmosphere is decidedly 19th century. Excellent car-parking
Review 113:We had requested a twin bed room and found ourselves alllocated a room .with a double bed and were asked to pay an extra Pounds 80 to change. Fortunately 'the management' relented and a single bed was installed in their 'flagship' room for original quoted price.
Review 114:Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Review 115:The scenic site, the location being perfect for excursions ariund the island; the wee but very romantic cottage of Flora Macdonald, the friendly hospitality and service. In particular we appreciated the very good food cooked traditionally as well as modern, simply perfect!
Review 116:We had dinner at the restaurant twice. Once, for dinner, the food was great but the staff seemed a bit confused and disorganized, bringing us the amuse bouche twice. Also, they did not have something in the menu but forgot to tell us, so that when we asked we had to pick another dish on the spot. For breakfast, I asked for two poached eggs. Both were hard boiled and I was very surprised to have been served a burst egg with the yolk completely separated (and hard). Overall, however, the experience was great and we'll most likely be coming back.
Review 117:Wonderful staff, beautiful location, amazing facilities
Review 118:besides the bar, the rest of the hotel is outdated and not very clean. rooms (we had a room in the chalet) are not super clean & need some "refreshment". the staff is more at "pub level" than at "hotel level", although i must say: they were friendly as there are not a lot of alternatives, in the area, we had diner there. at best we could call it mediocrate (meat overcooked, lobster dry,...) and overpriced.
Review 119:we were told the hotel is being "refreshed" and modernized, so let's hope for the best as it has the potential & has a fantastic location & views
Review 120:Didn't like having dogs in the same room in which we were eating, also in the residents lounge dogs on the furniture. This was disappointing and due to the hotels policy to allow dogs I would doubt recommending hotel to friends which is a pity as I said before the food and menu were amazing
Review 121:Staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Katie. Food was excellent.
Review 122:I paid for a Premier Room but the one I was allocated was very small with a disappointing view. I expected a better room for my money.
Review 123:The location was superb and the manager and staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.
Review 124:For a place that offers high quality meals, the continental breakfast was not up to standard for the level of the hotel. Should be more variety of fruits, cheeses etc and be a little more imaginative (appreciate that the cooked breakfast is the main thing there) Floor boards in the room above ours were very creaky to a level where it was disturbing and quite loud
Review 125:Beautiful location and amazing views. Loved just sitting in our very comfortable room and looking at the sea rolling. Floodigarry Hotel has a lot of character and interesting rooms and ornaments. Huge potential as a place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good atmosphere in the restaurant and bar.
Review 126:The hotel was quaint and antique and the rooms were a bit small. Our view was not the best from our room. But the view from the actual hotel was breathtaking. The restaurant was superb though and I highly recommend that.
Review 127:Bad sign postings, we struggled to find it as the postcodes & satnav do not work well in Scotland.... it would be great to have postings throughout Flodigarry to avoid any confusion.
Review 128:Food was excellent
Review 129:Didn't see anything worth paying extra for. It was dark when we arrived and there was no lights on outside or in the hallway even though they knew we were coming & it was only 9.30pm , we had to feel for the door handle and nearly broke our necks on the steps. When we mentioned to the receptionist the lack of lighting she said " I can turn the lights on now if you like" but it was a bit late at that stage.
Review 130:The views
Review 131:Very good young staff -all from abroad -who had very little supervision that we could see. Our room was adequate but let down by a cracked basin and non functioning soap dispenser - not what you expect for price . Needs to be perfect. The meal was again adequate but not what we expected. All in all could do and needs to do better .
Review 132:Beautiful location.
Review 133:decor in the rooms not in keeping with the rest of the property. Rooms are pretty mundane.
Review 134:views were terrific, breakfast was good, staff very helpful
Review 135:There isn't consierge in the hotel, so it’s quite hard to ask for any kind of service. The kitchen is ambitious but the intensive use of microwave makes the food losing his flavor. The service in the restaurant is very slow. The price / performance overall is below average.
Review 136:The view from the bedroom ( n. 3 ?) over the coast was stunning
Review 137:Bed very uncomfortable Service at meal very slow due to power cut - if member of staff had come and told us this we would have been more understanding rather than not tell us and just leave us waiting for meals and drinks to arrive - we just gave up on dessert and coffee.
Review 138:Nice atmosphere and location Good food
