Review 1：I arrived around 11pm, so they just opened the door from the door phone and told me my room number.. I would prefer someone at least to give me my key and say hi.

Review 3：Contact through door intercom , extremely noisy , heard every footstep of every guest and lady who cooked breakfast at 7am , agreed a late check out months before but on day was kicked out by a moody woman ! No kerb appeal ..would recommend a premier inn any day

Review 5：The B and B is near to the A4020, with interesting shop parades lining the road on one side. The downside is that the character of the area changes when it gets dark.

Review 7：I didn't have a chance to use the internet, as I've tried once and didn't connect saying that was to low to connect. Then I've spoken to the owner by phone and he told me for the next time to switch of and try a second time that it should be ok.
Review 8：As it was already mentioned about the basics and comfort, wtich was ok. Happy for the Free Parking! Didn't use the breakfast as I had left earlier and didn't see any staff, just by buzzer/phone; so I can not comment.
Review 9：if travelling by underground it is not close and can take up to 2 buses and twenty plus minutes to arrive. for Wembley stadium it can up to 60 minutes. Room we stayed in had not been upgraded and looked very shabby bathroom was not clean. On arrival there was no one to welcome us only via intercom which is very poor service

Review 14：Church Street address is correct but a little confusing when driving since the driveway for the off-street parking in front of the house is from Acadia Avenue. This meant that we missed the house on the first time around.
Review 15：Closeness to Heathrow and more reasonably priced than places closer. Good walking and shopping areas around. Off-street parking available. Good directions from the owner on areas to which we were going. Free Wifi connection. Stayed on first night and returned for two nights before flying back from Heathrow. Would definitely consider returning.
Review 16：the tube station unfortunately is not nearby. one has to catch a bus or taxi and travel to the nearest tube- can be inconvenient at times or odd hours when there's public holidays when the service may not be normal.

Rather than changing the bedsheets after the first night they flipped them over in an effort to hide the stains. Shower was filthy Had it not been for the fact we wouldnt have got our money back we wouldnt have stayed past the first night.

At the breakfast the orange juice was mixed up with water, the size of the portion might have been enough for a child. At night it was freezing cold, there was no central heating at all; there was a heater provided in the room that was so loud that I had to switch it off in order to be able to sleep.
