Review 1：we had a messy room, very uncomfortable shower. There was no TV, kettle. No breakfast.

Review 2：always choose my hotel by its location in the city. So - just like the hotel location.

Review 4：The location of the Hotel is amazing. Right in the centre of Agios Nikolaos with a balcony overlooking the bay area. The design of the room was nice.

Review 5：This is a hostel with boutique hotel charges. Terrible beds and pillows, extremely small and uncomfortable spaces, especially the bathroom, where an average hight person can't fit in the shower. Terrible value for money ratio. To be avoided.

Review 6：Attention! You might end up in a different room that you have payed for! We had to fight very hard to get the right room. They double-book rooms and force people to stay in rooms with now window or balcony to the outside World! They almost ruined our whole vacation with this.The staff is only interested in having the money and the paperwork right and not in making the costumers happy! The room was absolutely dirty and in a very bad shape. The was not a single spoon in the whole apartment. We strongly suggest that you avoid this profit-oriented hotel and look for a more friendly atmosphere somewhere else! It was totally dissappointing.

Review 8：The furnitures in the room were very old style, and also room was poorly equipped. I missed a shower curtain and hangers to hang my clothes or dry my towels etc. Pictures show the place to be better and newer.

Review 10：There was no wi-fi as the owner promised, no tv, no breakfast, even a spoon to make a coffee.. The ranch was uncorfortanble, small and it was definetely not a junior suite. The room looked much different in the picture and the photos of the site. Behind the bathroom door there was 3 nails instead of hasps.. No place to hang our bathing suites and towels.....

Review 12：I booked for 7 nights... ..Unfortunately there seems to be a massive problem with the Hotel water supply. After 3 days of hardly any water ... was impossible to shower, flush toilet etc... the only thing left was to move to another Hotel, after many promises of it getting fixed. I felt was only fair to get a partial refund for the nights I did'nt stay, as the hotel did'nt provide the basics needed. They felt they owed me nothing... I could'nt recommend this hotel to anyone, until they sort out problems, which seem to have been going on since 2014, looking at other reviews .... The hotel does'nt live up to it's beautiful Facade.

Review 19：The picture does not show the actual view, but this is a minor issue. The kitchen was not equipped, no plates or cutlery.

Review 20：The location was good, right at the harbor. There's a parking lot very close and lots of restaurants and pubs all around. The beds were ok, and the room was clean. We had a problem with the shower and the issue was resolved fast and to our complete satisfaction.
