Review 1：The staff were lovely and the overall appearance of the hotel was amazing. We stayed in the beach bungalow and it was totally worth it. Although it was just out of the main strip, it only took 5 minutes to get in by taxi.

Review 2：The beach in front of the hotel is not conducive to swimming. There is too much dead coral and the current is too strong. The restaurants here are pretty bad. The food is expensive and not good. Better off taking a cab into Sengiggi square for restaurants at night. The rooms are underwhelming considering the beauty of the property as a whole. Rooms are basic and have everything you need but they are outdated.

Review 9：The pool, even if it could be more clean. The facilities (ponny rides, ping-pong table, tennis...). It is a good place to stay for visiting Lombok. Come back at the end of the day, enjoying the pool and looking at the stunning sunset, drinking a mojito at the pool bar... The family room are huge, my little boy slept in the sofa for no extra fees.

Review 18：The Local Mosque was only around 200M away. So every morning at 4.30 - 5am they commenced prayers. There was no such sound reduction between the Mosque and the living quarters.

Review 28：We were given wrong room then wrong key. No double bed with open air bathroom so had to go back to first option of twin beds. Wifi was terrible everywhere but at reception desk. It's location is a bit far from town but the resort has a mini market and services so you don't really have to leave.

Review 31：The campus of the resort is beautiful and despite it is full in the weekend, it is not crowded. The beach is clean with coral and tutrles (I saw two big ones in the morning dip!) Staff are helpful and happy to offer extra help. Spa is value for money with good therapists.

Review 36：Asked for garden view room but changed as these turned out to face the main road. The ocean view was lovely once we changed and paid 40 per cent more than originally planned. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fine but in need of a good clean. The beds still had sand on the sheets although the beds had been changed and the lamps liked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Review 37：The hotel was a one night stop over and fine for that but the resort is generally tired and in need of some TLC. Breakfast was good and catered for all.

Review 38：- Hygiene. The hotel is bad cleaned and maintained. - Expensive restaurant menu. Go to the nearby Warung (Sasak and Na af Uddin (i guess) at 5 min walking distance from the hotel, they have a delicious food at average price. There is also a mini market across the road on the right side.

Our kids liked that the hotel guards always stopped the traffice on the road when we wanted to cross it. Our family bungalow was really spacious.

Review 46：It is very old and very dirty. To dirty to live in. I discussed withmanager who denied the problems. But he refused to give a review of hisown hotel. We switched from family room to seaside hotel room. It wassomewhat better. But still toilet was smelly, no good shower. Myindonesian wife refused to use the towells. The bill at checkout wasprinted so vague that it was hardly readable. There is hardly any beachin front of the hotel and the deck chairs at the pool site arinsufficient to accomodate all guests. There is 24 hours roomservice,but only a few items on the menu are available.

Review 70：Many of the activities did not take place without prior notice, because staff was on vacation etc. Restaurants were almost empty, no atmosphere. We would have appreciated some background music to create some atmosphere. After arriving at the hotel room there were hundreds of ants in the room and pest control had to come first ( at 10 pm). Beach was less nice than expected, as very rocky in low tide. Hotel a little bit remote from the center. However could be reached within 5 Minutes by taxi.

Review 78：Hotel caters to local business group outings as well as individual tourists. The local groups create a noisy and uncomfortable environment, not suited to tourists on vacation. Staff were not understanding. Dinner was consistently horrible (stale, tasteless), breakfast choices were bland at best. Standard of room cleaning was not consistent, and staff entered the room by 8 a.m. (no "do not disturb" sign was originally available for us to put on the door). Staff harass guests walking around, to try to sell massages; worse, they keep track of people returning to their room and then phone them. We were on the ocean side; apartments on the inland side of the through road (not visited) seem really unattractive. In summary: extremely overpriced and to be avoided.

Review 79：Ocean-front bungalows are nice but not very special. The garden is well laid out, green, and has lots of flowers around the nice swimming pool (towels provided). Location 5 km north of the hustle and bustle of Senggigi can be seen as an advantage or a disadvantage depending on taste.

Review 80：Staff at reception were woefully inadequate in guiding us with local tours, booking dives and chartering boats. The resort appears to have no tie up with any local tour operators. Since it is located very far away from the sengiggi town, it takes a day to understand the topography and settle down . One small bottle of water is offered per guest per day and the staff didn't inform us for a whole day about the nearby convenience shop, from where we could purchase drinking water at cheaper rates. The kitchen has no vessels for cooking and the staff were disinterested in getting us even a single microwave cooking set.it took the management 24 hrs to provide us with a clothes rack for drying our swimsuits etc. Inconvenient location and unfriendly front office made the stay a little less charming. Value for money is negative.

Review 88：When we arrived, the bungalows I had booked were "not available" - they had double booked so put us in standard rooms - which were filthy, and the AC leaked everywhere. We wasted the entire next day waiting to be moved and a rude desk clerk demanded to see proof of my booking. My son had to ask 5 times for a cot, which did not appear until the second night. As soon as my grandaughter stood up and leaned on the bars, the whole thing collapsed. The food was most certainly not 4 star apart from the Mongolian BBQ. One night there was a dinner party of 160 people right in front of our bungalows, with the loudest, most horrible music that my ears were almost bleeding. The food in Lombok was pretty terrible too. The only places that served decent food were Papaya and Asmara.

Yes it's tired - but the backbone is strong: amazing position, big chunk of land with lovely gardens and coconut trees and beach...wonderful staff, a great price and surprisingly good meals (at decent price) at the pool side restaurant and room service... But the resort is 20 years old and starting to show it; the activities...well don't happen, at least when I was there...the breakfast is plentiful and has variety but the quality is low: still it's nice to have freshly cooked omelettes no? Overall, at the price it's worth it; if you're expecting full 4 star quality you will be disappointed but if you love the backbone then the small things won't matter so much...and go into Senggigi and also eat at Square Restaurant and have a massage just across from Happy Cafe-both are great and great prices for the quality you get...

This hotel was so sensational and there is not one word that expresses how fantastic this hotel looks, the staff, the surroundings, the rooms, the food is all fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the photos on the website are actually what it looks like.The hotel even let us check out hours after the check out time with out any charge. Nothing was to much trouble. We have a disabled child and the staff could not have been more attentive to him. They played with him, helped him with anything he needed. Thank you so much for the fantastic accommodation. We would recommend your hotel to anyone.
