Review 1：hotel is ready to reply all your requests if they are able to do it. I asked for room at upper floor, I needed to leave 2 hoursa late due to bad weather. They were helpful.

Review 3：The room was spacious with a wide view of the sea, which was fantastic. They provided us with a fast and reliable internet connection. In short, everything was beyond average quality. We felt ourselves at home indeed.

Review 8：the wifi was very bad in the room. it was only working close to the main room door. breakfast was very low quality. old fashion room. reception was not very customer oriented.

Review 9：The staff gave me a key for another room, which was occupied by another guest (luckily there was no one in the room at that time). Then when i came down complaining, they've already discovered the mistake, and gave me another room.

Review 11：Aside from the stunning views, the service at this hotel was exceptional. When the kitchen staff heard that my mom was sick, they made her a chicken soup that was better for her than any medicine we could have bought at a pharmacy. Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely return.

Review 12：- The beds, old, squeaky and hard - The hotel is old needs renovation - The staff were arguing in front of us one evening, as they didn't notice we were walking by. Very unprofessional. - The pool only opens after 10:30am and the nets go up at 6pm (summer) , which we found very odd. - Also the rooms have no sound block and we could hear the other people next door (in our case, children crying at night)

Review 14：I did not like the bathroom, it was very small and the floor had a lot of water from the shower. The carpets in the room were very old and smelling. It would have been much better without any carpets.

Review 30：They didnt fix the toilet in our room. No flush by the way! It was our last day of departure and so the staff totally ignore our request to fix the toilet. Also they ignore if you wish a Non smoker room. The room was stinky.

Review 35：It was the biggest hotel in Chios and it is quite good. If you want to be a small island such as Chios do not expect so high. The hotel was quite good, the personel was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean.

Review 39：The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I was given a choice of sea views (town or open view) and thoroughly enjoyed my comfortable room. I only stayed for one night but was so impressed with the staff, room and wonderful breakfast that I would happily stay here again.

Review 40：At this island you dont need tonbe at the center. Areas like Karfas and Emborios will make you feel more Greek island soul. And you must see specially the natural bays behind the island.
