Review 2：Overall was a feel good factor in the place.Just what one would need nice first impression,clean room,nice linen and good toilets.Great motivated staff as well.

Review 3：The location of the property is not suitable for a holiday, breakfast was below average, the shuttle service promised was never in service, even after charging so heavily no free WiFi is provided which is free even at the shacks on the beach. Bathrooms had water clogging problems thru out our stay

Review 10：When booking we mentioned that we want a room facing the poolside. V were assured this and even when I recfmd the same one prior to my arrival yr staff cfmd the room requested. But on arrival was told by yr reception that for the room req we would have to pay more. Why was this not conveyed to us by your staff at the time of reconfirmation by me. I was not happy at all as I had my grandson along who loves to run abt and look at the pool. I wld appreciate yr staff to be more transparent.

Review 19：I really can't think of anything that I didn't enjoy during my stay at Fortune. Except that I had to leave.

Review 20：The whole staff of Fortune was very kind. They were very sincere and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. They were always ready to let us experience the best vacation and enjoy our stay in Goa. The staff of Fortune understands what their guests wants beforte they asked for it. The staff was anticipating on what we want and like.

Review 22：I must say it was an aging stay at fortune select Regina. Initially when I reached there, from outside it didn't look that great but from the inside it was looking beautiful. The staff was really helpful and very courteous. They helped is out in every possible way. My wife just loved the hotel. when we come back to goa we would definitely stay here. OOh!! I forgot, breakfast is amazing. I didn't try lunch or dinner so I would not be commenting on that. My room was quite spacious for 2 people.

Review 55：I would like to bring few points forward which i did not like about ur hotel. The floors of the corridor as well as the rooms were not clean. This set a bad impression on the 1st day itself. Then the room service n house keeping was not good. I requested for fruit platter on 1st day i did not get it. Den on 2nd day after calling twice i received it. I asked for dental kit which i did not receive at all. Also i wanted to use the locker but could not use it as it was already locked n i had asked for it to be unlocked which was not done. Lastly i would like to advice u, during breakfast u should note down the room num of the persons cuming for breakfast.

Review 56：Everything , it was a nightmare staying there as for everything we had to literally beg other wise nothing was made available. Food is bad , tea was too bad. The mangers were own their own not at all bothered.

Review 65：The breakfast selection was interesting and tried a few of the selections on offer but if you just wanted omelette it was always freshly cooked for you. Ask for what you want because the selection offered was only 2 but they were happy to get orange or mango if you asked. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff could not do enough for you, very helpful and when our room was not made up one day because we had hit the wrong button on the way out they were there within 5 mins. So courteous and smiling

Review 72：We ordered tickets for a fish night in the hotel gardens were given seating that were unexceptable after approaching the staff and standing around for 20 minutes we decided not to attend. The following morning we spoke to Katya and we were told we had turned up on the wrong evening!! We we offered alternative dates but declined. Later that day we received a bouquet of roses.

Review 74：Hotel staff room service guys were very efficient and prompt..there wasan incident ..of a rat entering our room on the first floor,cause of thedoor left open..the staff reported to our call in less than 4minutes..at 3 A.m and chased him out and in the morning we had pestcontrol to certify the room was rodent free..
