Review 1：the room was not too warm, we could not leave the car in the parking lot, basically they do not have parking place for free, only down the street, where you have to pay, but they were nice and let us to use it during the night

Review 7：the lady who checked us in was lovely and helpful. We had a late check in and they dealt with it. The apartment was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The location couldnt have been better!!
Review 8：Placed in the heart of Miskolc, easily reachable with the tram from Tisai railway station (stop Villanyrendor). We were given a large apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom that exceeded our expectations. The owner was really kind and waited for us, as we arrived out of the reception opening hours. She also recommended an excellent restaurant were we enjoyed tipical hugarian cuisine.
Review 9：The owner charged from us for parking (although they have their own space) and for using air conditioner (6 EUR for 2 days). We got explanation, that air conditioner is the new one and it needs to be compensated . Very interesting approach towards investments. We understood it as covered price, which makes their competition in hotel business not very fair. Our room had a small kitchen, but only with microwave, without any instruments for food preparation. We were informed about Wi-Fi password only on the second day of stay, after asking it.

Review 11：They fool you into thinking their is A/C, but you must pay extra for the A/C remote control. Also, their check out time was a tad early... 10AM.

Review 14：- hard to find (only a small writing on the door that there is the reception) - reception is a restaurant - poor/no english - no credit card payment - only cash (had to walk around on the street for 15 minutes to find an ATM machine) - no receipt/invoice - no staff available during accomodation - the fridge in the room was a bit loud (and when arrived it was turned off) - tv only terestrial (local) channels - at first I thought that there is no wifi, then I had found the code written on the door (what I was not told by the staff) - no breakfast (restaurant was closed the next day)

Review 17：Near our beloved Café frei. You are in center of Miskolc. Bus to Spa (Cave bath) cca 2 minutes. Many restaurants and pubs near you. Really perfect!!
Review 18：Very could in the room and no heating. Stinky bathroom and bed odour in the room, like somone just smoke in it. Shower was broken down - you have only very hot or very could water. It wasn't possible to set tap up. Poor breakfast, only eggs with braed and cofee. Lack of internet connection

Review 56：Shower was clear but smelled like mould. Note that you check in and out in the bistro on the corner, which means that you can't check in after 18.00 or check out before 08.00. No breakfast buffet, you can buy something in the bistro. This is a pension where you can get a place to sleep and that's all, it's not a hotel.
Review 57：Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very quiet, slept like a log. The bed was firm, which I prefer. Great location next to the main street, as central as it gets. All in all OK for one night if you don't plan to stay in much.

Not enough parking places which means that guests have to park outside the pension at the back of the pension in paied area. Back of the pension does not look safe in night so leaving car there may be problematic. Poor breakfasts.

Review 76：A sympathetic renovation of a building in character with the town centre location, reasonably spacious and surprisingly quiet. The furnishing was modern and reasonably stylish, and everything we needed was available in the kitchenette. We found this a good base for the cave spa at Miskolctapolca, and for Lillafüred.

Review 78：It was one of my best stayings in Miskolc. Particularly because this is a pension and hennie and her personel gives you the idea you staying in an hotel. The services and kindness of the pension owners is pleasant. Above that is this pension beautiful decorated. When I'm back in Miskolc I will certainly stay in Promenade pension.
