Review 4：The hotel will benefit from a lift. It is a heritage listed building with high ceilings, so climbing up to the third floor is a real challenge.

Review 8：Breakfast gets hectic if you leave it till after 10.30. May have to wait an hour for eggs as other customers come in for breakfast. It's a popular place. As paying guest you don't expect to be kept waiting but in their defence they are VERY busy. Occasionally in the room you get a smell but it's to do with the sewage system. Not the fault of hotel. Maybe use of a scented stick in room might help.

Review 14：The receptionist, Kristina, went above and beyond in making my stay perfect! She has excellent suggestions for the best restaurants, shopping, wine, and excursions; she really makes Hotel Tisno wonderful! Lovely room, beautiful view, excellent location, and wonderful bar.

Review 15：Cleaning services a bit inconsistent - one day our dirty wine glasses and an empty coffee mug from the morning breakfast were left in our room. The soaps/toiletries were substandard based on the rest of the quality of the hotel/service. They were average quality and at no time was a lotion or cream provided with the toiletries.

Review 16：The staff are some of the most talented service staff I've ever had in a hotel environment. The location is great with a wonderful view. We initially booked a room for 3 nights but extended that another 3 nights recognizing that this would be a great place for a "hub" while we continued to tour the area. The staff however made this particularly exceptional. The morning breakfast was delightful with great presentation, good food and it changed a bit daily which was a pleasant surprise.

Review 17：The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. There's a huge choice for breakfast and during the festivals they keep it on longer so there's no rush to get out of bed! The location is great and the double glazing means you can get a good night's sleep. The pool area is immaculate and a great place to chill after the madness of the festival! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I must mention Natalie and Kristina with whom I had the most contact. THANK YOU GIRLS for the personal touch you add to this Hotel and for the info of the area,restaurants etc. We only spent 2 nights here but they were very memorable. Excellent buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to choice and Croatian specialites. Easy parking in front of the Hotel which could be a problem during the peak season, it was very quiet during our visit which suited us. Highly recommended.

Review 50：Fabulous location on waterfront. Staff wonderful. Rooms spacious, well furnished and beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Didn't manage to use the pool but did manage to sit on the sun loungers and soak up the warmth.

Review 61：It is a small hotel and staff give you a welcoming holiday. Location is perfect. It is also away from the church which ring their bells to often in Tisno. It will again be my first choice in Tisno. There is also a smaller swinning pool.

Review 63：The owners and staff of Hotel Tisno, a Heritage Hotel are amazing. The remodeling of this old mansion was well conceived and done with obvious great care to details and craftsmanship. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The selection and quality of the food was five star. My wife, ten-year old daughter and I booked for three nights and ended up staying for five. (Wish we made it seven or more) The service we received was above and beyond perfection. The generosity with their time and knowledge was genuine, unpretentious and a rarity in the world today. Hotel Tisno was spotless and peaceful all through our stay. At check-in my daughter realized that the pool was not open yet, preseason, but the same night we discovered two people hand cleaning every tile of the pool. We met the same people in the morning serving us coffee. These were the owners and they had heard that my daughter loved to swim. I think it came naturally to them to make it happen for her.
